Paul has been a great help and set up portal for us to use to order which is seemless !! we always receive goods as per determined date and will continue to push more orders Paul's way as great service all round !!

Scotty was amazing! We were looking for quite a lot of new workwear but we needed a lot of different items, in a lot of different sizes, with different printing and in different fabrics! Scotty was so patient and so helpful getting our order together. He was polite, professional, efficient and his product knowledge was second to none. The quality of the clothing and the print work is exceptional. Ordered with ease and delivered very quickly too. We would highly recommend. This could have been a very painful process with an order like ours but it ended up being breath takingly easy! Everything on our initial order has arrived and we were so pleased we made another order just a few days later.

Excellent experience ordering with CTS. Items very reasonably priced yet good quality. Customer service were helpful and responded quickly. Would certainly recommend.

We are always delighted with our embroidered items from Issey at CTS! The quality of the embroidery is fantastic and quick delivery.

Simple to find what I was looking to purchase , looked at other companies but , came back too CTS due to the ease of use on their website, it turned out to be a good choice as all that followed was perfect !
Well done CTS and thank you !

Avoid this company if you are looking to work with professionals, they are absolutely useless. I paid for sample work wear printed and embroidered versions. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days, 10 days passed and I had to ask for my order, it eventually arrived and was all wrong locations of logos. I was offered replacements to which I was repeatedly questioned on where my logos should be then they actually wanted me to send the T shirts back for them to add to them. I was not giving this useless company another opportunity to mess up any more and have to wait another 3 weeks for them to try to get it right. They tried everything to get out of fixing their mistake or refund me. Just avoid, use any other service.

Absolutely top class service. Anna as always super helpful, quick to respond and has great attention to detail. Not only are CTS great to deal with but the actual quality of the kit they source is great too.

Tom was able to get our order sorted in record time! He went above & beyond to ensure our delivery arrived in time for our urgent deadline. Thank you.

Great service from Gabi - she always makes such an effort to keep me informed of any new products, orders & deliveries etc.
Always very polite and very friendly! Thank you!
