We purchased a variety of shrimp and all arrived healthy and well packaged, after just a couple of days settling in the colours popped and they are so vibrant and beautiful!

Fast delivery and just what I wanted. Looking forward to stocking my aquarium with their fish.

I ordered Amano shrimp and three types of snails from CUAquatics, and I’m really impressed. Delivery was fast and within the promised time frame.

The shrimp arrived extremely lively, darting around the container, and the snails were healthy and active. After following the acclimation steps, they all went into my tank with no problems.

Ordered some Assassin snails to help clean up my tank. One day delivery fantastic, put the 5 in my tank straightaway. Left them over night to settle, this morning 4 are up and moving around one still acclimatising. Very happy with them so far !

Snails all arrived alive and in good condition. They were posted a bit later than expected but I contacted them and they replied straight away to reassure me. I was worried the snails would be in the post 3 days but was 1 day. They were packaged fragile however packaged not firmly so they could easily be squashed and spill so I am giving feedback for that, to be packaged more firmly. Snails moved in tank within 5 mins. So far so good.

Almost perfect experience!
Sadly didn't receive communication about order being shipped/delivered and royal mail didn't ring so they stayed outside more than 28h in a black box south facing outside. But all alive and jumping!
