Fast dispatch, the shrimps were carefully puted in a excellent container strong enough to take care of the animals and well cover from the light. In about 24 hours I received the package ones dispatched. Excellent service, A1, 5 start.

Purchased 6 snails 7 delivered via Amazon, order arrived within 48 hours. Acclimatised by floating container in aquarium for hour upon release all snails were active within 10-15 minutes. I am pleased with purchase and will have no hesitation ordering from cuaquatics in the future.

Mike was brilliant from the start, answering all my questions about the fish before I placed my order. The delivery date options were excellent, and the fish arrived on time and were really well packaged. Unfortunately, one didn’t make it through the journey, but Mike refunded it straightaway with no fuss. The prices are also far cheaper than what you’d find in most aquarium shops. Assasin snails came well packed where healthy and in good condition

Ordered mixed shrimps from cauquatics, arrived a day late due to weather. This resulted in 3 losses of shrimp, however, cauquatics can hardly be blamed for the weather. Order went smoothly and was despatched quickly and the rest of the shrimps were total quality, some were a bit small, but they will grow, all are active and clearing up the debris ‘like good uns’. Thanks cauquatics.

All came alive and well

Ordered a relatively large number of Amanos from Cuaquatics, excellent price. Delivered a day late via Royal Mail which I believe resulted in a single casualty, additional shipped to compensate for losses and still ended up with more than I had initially ordered.

All very healthy and acclimated with minimal stress, straight into tank eating biofilm and algae. Difficult to tell if I have had any losses due to the size and planting of the tank.

Lovely aquatic plants that arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Beautifully packaged with care information & a couple of free little gifts for my fishes. Would definitely buy from then again
