I ordered, I got my receipt, then no communication when asked what was happening with my order I had no response from their three ways of communication

Nothing arrived of my order and when I requested a refund they said they would, when I chased this up they said they had with some dodgy 'screenshot' which had none of my details and the money was never returned, nearly £40, absolute thieves!

Ordered on 17/12/25 arrived super fast and all 10 alive on 20/12/25. Well packaged and very clean water in transit bottle. Despite being left in designated outside safe location by royal mail all were highly active with very little sign of stress. They've now settled into my aquarium and are enjoying their new surroundings.
Very straightforward amazon based transaction and I'll definitely be ordering from this seller again.
