Since May this year, I have placed multiple orders with this company! I can say with full confidence that the quality/grade of the shrimps supplied is very good, yes some of these are tiny, but still healthy!! On the rare occasions of receiving a few dead ones, I was refunded promptly or offered a replacement!! I wish they had more options of tropical fishes!
I would also like to mention the packaging for live items is fantastic!!

Ordered aquarium snails, they came well packaged and very quickly. I got an email with handling instructions and the snails have settled in quickly. Will definitely use again.

Snails arrived safely and appear to be mostly happy but definitely still alive about a week later. I can see three hoovering up algae right now.
I only give four stars as the tracking said Monday and luckily I was in on a Saturday. Would have mattered, lucky snails. Otherwise great stuff and k intend using again.

I received exactly what I ordered with in the time scale advertised. The snails were larger than expected which was a pleasant surprise. They were lively from the off and raced around the tank ( as fast as snails do) to do their job
