Very healthy Nerite snails arrived in the post today and within 10 minutes of being in my fish tank are already cleaning the algae. Well packaged and with a rapid 24 hour delivery. Highly recommend!

Seller was quick to respond, all 10 shrimp came very pale from the stress of transport as to be expected but they have only just arrived and so far look extremely lively! Would recommend and will be buying again!

Ordered some blood red ornamental shrimp and some Nerite Snails. Both the Shrimp and the Snails arrived safely and packed extremely well. I’d highly recommend cuaquatics.co.uk for your little Shrimp friends etc. would 100% use this company again.

I ordered one yellow spotted rabbit snail i got additional baby by accident!! Not complaining at all as both snails seem happy and are moving around quickly!

Ordered a mix of red and blue shrimp of CU aquatic and was very sceptical about ordering live animals online but can say how impressed I was with delivery and service. All shrimp arrived happy and healthy and were introduced to my tank as if I had bought from local pet shop. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from them again in the future.

Firstly I must apologise to cuaquatics as I did originally give a 2 star review as the fish did not arrive on the delivery day which was Friday, the delivery company told me that cuaquatics had not sent them the fish to deliver, i actually have the transcript from their customer service saying that.However, as I type Sat 12/7/25 at 13.09 Dx have just phoned me to say sorry they have just found the box with my fish in?? he had opened the box and said they are alive and will send them out this afternoon.I have emailed cuaquatics who were concerned but obviously as it is the weekend there is nit much that they can do to help but have asked me to keep them in the loop. I will update on condition of the fish when they arrive.
Unfortunately, yet again DX did not turn up on Saturday no calls or text just failed to arrive, however, Sunday Morning my fish did arrived no notice just a loud knock at the door the driver was apologetic stating that there were issues with a sub contractor who had not delivered many parcels, Thankfully the fish were so healthy before being sent and had been packed so well with a good amount of water they all were alive which is a fantastic testament to cuaquatics almost four days in bags and no casualties just a slight sign of ammonia burn which is easily remedied, so I am very greatful to cuaquatics for taking the time to pack them so well. I shall definitely buy from cuaquatics again, as it is beyond there control when the courier gets hold of them. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Ordered ornamental shrimp, they arrived within 2 days. Very impressed by this seller and will definitely buy more. They are so cute and dart about everywhere. I have a plant at top with driftwood that floats, they love sitting on the wood basking under the light. Will definitely be back

Took a while to revive them but very pleased with my order

All the shrimp arrived alive and after 24h they still happy and well in my tank. Great bright colours and healthy. They arrived in a sturdy sealed plastic bottle which I felt was a nice idea for safe transport (other shops I bought from sent them in a flimsy plastic bag in a cardboard box).
I'm torn however about the delivery times, they came sooner than the timeline given by Amazon which was great cause I was excited about getting them, but had I been out for a long weekend the shrimp would have been neglected for 3 or 4 days as it wasn't expected. Overall really happy with the purchase and will buy again, I just need to make sure I'm not making plans until I receive the livestock.

My rabbit snail was in good condition when it arrived. I have bought from other companies and they have not survived, however he is in great form and I enjoy watching him.
