Ordered a mix of shrimp and fish, shrimp in excellent condition and thriving. However my fish order was missing 2 of one lot and the other was wrong, and of the wrong lot, they have mostly died. I will not be ordering again

Easy to order on website, I was sceptical at first as you don't normally get anything like the picture, but they did. Arrived in a few days well packaged and labelled as live fish. They seem to be settling in well. Will purchase again.

I ordered again from this company as the last order arrived in great condition. Again I was not disappointed. Order came packed really well. I was kept up to date on delivery from when it left to delivery. Fish and shrimp look great. They have a great choice to chose from aswell.

Over the moon with my new amano shrimp and nerite snails. All arrived in perfect condition. Acclimation to new home very easy. Snails and shrimp settled in quick. Will be ordering from cuaquatics again.

Ordered a cappuccino algae eating snail. I received a very healthy snail which is doing well in my aquarium.

Another amazing purchase. This time I ordered 10 shrimp and they still gave me extra. It also arrived next day and I couldnt be happier.

Bought 6 shrimps via amazon. Messaged to see when the delivery will be as it said next day and didn't arrive. They replied straight back apologising explains that shrimp stock delivery will be the next day and they'd send straight out. They arrived via royal mail and all 6 are healthy! Very happy thankyou

Asked a question and got a response in less than 24 hours very polite and professional.
Ordered shrimp and they were all alive and in perfect condition.
The shrimp have been in the tank for a week now and are very happy in their new home.
Only down side was that out of the 12 shrimp I ordered only 2 were female so that may lead to problems at breeding time, but it's not a problem at the moment.

I will be placing another order very soon as I am currently setting up a second tank.

Very healthy Nerite snails arrived in the post today and within 10 minutes of being in my fish tank are already cleaning the algae. Well packaged and with a rapid 24 hour delivery. Highly recommend!

Seller was quick to respond, all 10 shrimp came very pale from the stress of transport as to be expected but they have only just arrived and so far look extremely lively! Would recommend and will be buying again!
