Ordered 5 assasin snails, was not sure about receiving through the post but they arrived a couple of days ago, all was fine.
I received instructions on care of the snails, and special offers. It was overall a great purchase.
If there was any problems with the snails I was also given information how to solve any problems.

I have previously bought a variety of snails for my freshwater aquariums and, honestly, I was pretty sceptical about ordering live creatures online. But wow—I'm hugely surprised and absolutely delighted with my three little fellas!

When they first arrived, they looked a bit plain and subdued—just brown shells and not much movement. But give them 24 hours in their new tank and boom—fabulous! They’ve come to life, exploring every corner and clearly loving their aquatic home.

Ordered a mix of shrimp and fish, shrimp in excellent condition and thriving. However my fish order was missing 2 of one lot and the other was wrong, and of the wrong lot, they have mostly died. I will not be ordering again
