Ordered 20 Bloody Mary shrimp and 20 blue diamond, arrived safely and promptly. No problems whatsoever. Nice quality and well packaged.

Ordered 20 crystal reds and 20 crystal blacks and once again delivered perfectly and well packaged , black ones in perfect health and happy in their new home, however something went wrong with the reds as we had a bag of DOA’s. Informed the seller who had resolved this issue promptly with no hassle, would recommend if you are interested in buying shrimps. Amazing customer service and fantastic prices! Honestly great business!

Ordered 15 shrimp over the weekend, all arrived safetly this morning after being posted yesterday. Shrimp were well packaged and safe. They were all healthy and no concerns. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase shrimp even with the postage costs it was much cheaper than local stores. I will definitely order again and recommend to my family and friends.

Purchased 5 assassin snails,had no issues with the company but they arrived a day earlier than expected and we're delivered by Royal Mail who just shoved the parcel through the letter box even though marked fragile,I don't know if they are all alive had to put them straight in my tank

Ordered some colourful shrimp from them, had trouble with the post but that wasn’t their fault and their communication throughout was amazing and prompt. All Shrimp arrived safety and healthy despite the postage delay. They were very well packaged and a range of colours that I’m happy about too. Will definitely recommend and will be buying more in the future too.

Ordered a mixture of red and blue shrimp
( 6 of each) dispatched We’d 3rd Sep and arrived Thurs 4th well packed with warnings on packaging fragile handle with care. Shrimp very colourful still deep red and deep blue ( no losses) . Will order from these again if I needed anything else

Hi, yesterday I received my 10+2 Neocaridina shrimp and I have to say, absolutely amazing, the shrimp were all alive and considered they had been in post the colours were fantastic. True to their word the shrimps came 24hr postal and so well packaged, I would definitely order again without question. Thank you cu aquatics for a job well done. 5⭐️s all the way👍🏻

I received instructions on care of the snails, and special offers. It was overall a great purchase.
If there was any problems with the snails I was also given information how to solve any problems.

I have previously bought a variety of snails for my freshwater aquariums and, honestly, I was pretty sceptical about ordering live creatures online. But wow—I'm hugely surprised and absolutely delighted with my three little fellas!

When they first arrived, they looked a bit plain and subdued—just brown shells and not much movement. But give them 24 hours in their new tank and boom—fabulous! They’ve come to life, exploring every corner and clearly loving their aquatic home.

Cuaquatics really delivered. I’ll definitely be buying from them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering live aquarium additions. These snails are thriving, and so am I!
