Had a bad experience in Little Island…
Had a bad experience in Little Island Practice - eMailed - got no response. Submitted a Complaint - NO response. Finally referred it to The Dental Association of Ireland who were very helpful and prompted a long winded eMail from the Practice defending their behaviour. My husband and I decided to change Dental Practice after having spent almost 20 years with the previous Practice - now taken over by Cube Dental as they appear not to have a Complaints Procedure in place and conveniently no telephone number for the Principals of the Practice.

Your complaint was received, reviewed and answered in writing. While you describe our response as “long-winded”, this confirms that a detailed response was provided addressing the concerns you raised.
We take all complaints seriously and followed our complaints procedure in this case. We are therefore disappointed that this review gives the misleading impression that no complaints procedure existed and that no response was provided.
