Perfectly packed product
Perfectly packed product. Delivery was not fast but in accordance with what they stated at sale. Very happy with my lampshade and would buy again.

Did not deliver on time
Did not deliver on time, but customer service was very helpful and followed up on my order. Kept me informed. Would definitely order again.
Should consider using different courier to deliver items.

Excellent all around service
Excellent all around service from Cusack's. From the first call to check a couple of details, I knew I was in good hands. The lady on the phone was spot on with her product knowledge, and also reassured me about any worries I had re returns if we didn't end up liking the fixtures.
Shipping was great too. The light came in earlier than expected, but we were away. The warehouse manager was able to hold off on shipping until we were back, with no issues whatsoever.
On top of all this, the chandelier we wanted was €60 cheaper from Cusack lighting than anywhere else in Ireland.
Really recommend them, and will buy from Cusack Lighting in the future.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service, and follow up. Shauna goes out of her way to advise and assist and she is an extremely talented professional interior designer. I have purchased lighting and most especially a number of large pieces of furniture ( they stock some lovely and very unusual pieces ) Additionally, I have had them source some difficult to find rattan bedroom furniture and Shauna came up trumps on this . Frankly, I’m difficult to please, but Cusacks have never let me down.

Great Service
I couldn't fault them. I ordered lights online at the end of November. They informed me of the delivery schedule which I knew would be over Christmas. When the date was getting near I emailed them to see if they were on schedule(because of Xmas). They emailed me back that day. It was slightly delayed (which I expected being the time of year). They emailed me again a week later with the shipment date and kept me in the loop with my delivery date. Everything went accordingly and I would highly recommend them. I liked the fact that when you emailed them they replied in a timely manner and kept you informed. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
