Avoid! Poor customer service
One Painted Bedside locker purchased from this company developed bubbling and cracking paint on surface. (I purchased two lockers and a console, only one has defect)
Have been advised by a carpenter that this was a defect during spraying process that the surface wasn't prepared correctly or had splatter of oil before it was painted.
Stockhouse have dismissed me as a consumer and will not engage or accept any responsibility.
Absolutely shocking customer service.

Very happy with the mirror I purchased. The delivery took a lot longer than planned (ordered 25 October; arrived 2nd week of January!) However, this was an issue with the supplier.

Communication main issue
Ordered furniture 2 months ago and just received this week. The delay would have been fine if they made me aware. But I had to contact then several times after countless emails asking for updates. The furniture is perfect and delighted I have it now but they really need to improve on their communication.

coffee table and sideboard…
I ordered a coffee table and sideboard which were ordered in for me and delivered 3 - 4 weeks later., I am based in Dublin so Stockhouse only deliver every couple of weeks to Dublin. The items arrived at the arranged date and time and were what I expected. Happy with my experience with Stockhouse.

8 months and no bench and no communication
Ordered a bench on 22 November 2023. In December was told it wouldn't be in stock until beginning of March. This was a stretch but I agreed to wait. I followed up on 26th March and was told I'd have it in 2 weeks time. I followed up on 26th April, 16th May and again recently on 30th June and got no response either time. 8 months and no bench and no communication - shocking service

Have since been into the store and purchased more pieces both there and online. Can't wait for them to arrive now!
