Bathroom work
Recently had the bath removed and a shower tray,plus Aqua panelling put in around the walls of the shower area plus window area too.The Custom heat engineer did a terrific job,over three days...replacing the rotten woodchip flooring beneath the bath and further,plus a lot of piping etc.Left the job completed tidy and to a high standard.He was very friendly and courteous and was not afraid of our dog either ! This is our second job with custom heatr,previously having had a boiler fitted 2 yrs ago.Right from the original quoting to job completed,all has been excellent.Thank you.

Easy to book a service
Easy to book a service at a time and date that suited me, updates concerning the forthcoming service and timely reminders. Engineer was punctual and asked if I understood the procadure and if I had any questions. He completed the service in 45/60 minutes, explained what he had done and offered the chance for further questions,was clean and tidied afterwards. I am very happy with the service received.

The engineer wanted to arrive early.
The engineer phoned , wanted to arrive early , that's always a good sign ,to which I agreed. They (engineer and apprentice) had to travel over 100 miles from their base ,so had to leave at 5:00 a.m ! That's dedication. Very polite and efficient service.

Look no further.
Been a client of them for 13 years now on multiple properties. From plumbing to gas and whole new systems not once I had an issue which wasn’t promptly resolved. There is a reason CH went from a local plumbing and service company to a UK wide provider. 5 stars and look no further than them if you have a problem. They are not the cheapest upfront but the headaches and extra spend you avoid because of their first class service greatly reduces issues, makes them the obvious choice in the long run.

Excellent Service Every Time
Over the last week, we've had Custom Heat visit our home three times for a boiler service, a complete boiler replacement, and a call-out for a burst pipe that was unrelated to the boiler.
Every visit was managed efficiently, and all of the engineers who came to our home were excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful advice on what we should do going forward, and were always friendly, professional, and polite.
They were also incredibly patient with our very curious and nosey 3-year-old, which certainly didn't go unnoticed!
We're so glad we discovered Custom Heat last year when they helped us with another plumbing issue. Since then, they've consistently provided outstanding service, and we won't hesitate to use them again for all our future plumbing and gas work.

The John Lewis of plumbing
A highly professional company, no wonder Worcester Bosch uses them. The plumber sent out to take out my old boiler and install a new one was excellent - arriving on time, working calmly and quietly through the day and completing the job as requested. Recommended.

Excellent Customer Service
We had a boiler service as a part of our Care Plan. The engineer attended at the allotted time and was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the hot water didn't come on the next day, but it was a sticking valve and no fault attached to what was done in the service. We had a telephone call back the same day and an engineer came out and fixed the issue the next day, but said that the valve could stick again and so Custom Heat would replace the valve as a part of the Care Plan at no additional cost.
We are delighted with the organisation which does exactly what it says it will do on the tin!
