Custom Patches By Bob Avis

Very reliable and very clear on communication, would highly recommend!

Where to begin… process for ordering was smooth. I was given mock ups of my patches before production, and had an issue with one of them. I expressed this to who I believe is named Wilma, and was told the issue would be rectified with the artwork prior to production. When I got a chance to really look at the quality of the patches, I noticed they did not fix the artwork, and produced the patches without correcting the artwork. I reached out and was told to send an email showing the issue. I did so, showing the vast majority of the patches had the issue. More than half of them. I was told that they would get back to me, which almost a month later, I have heard nothing. The patches came out good, with the exception of the correction that they didn’t make prior to producing them. Communication up until that point, after I paid, was great. Since? Crickets. I would not order from this company again, as I was ready to place another order before I noticed they didn’t correct the artwork issue as I was told they would.

would have given 5 star review but was hit with tariff which wasnt disclosed at purchase

The amazing and professional customer service from the beginning to the end. Mike was there to answer all questions I had and gave great input on making the patches the way I wanted them!!

Great experience worked with Max and I am happy to say that after a few early changes I received the Custom Patches today and they are Beautiful.

My second patch and order! They nailed it. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. They took my design, tweaked it to make it better and delivered a special product. Would recommend anyone trying to get a specialized patch to shoot them your idea. You won’t regret it!!!

I was not an easy customer to deal with as I was very nitpicky on my design, but the team was extremely patient with me and produced amazing work for my brand! Max updated my design constantly until it was just right, speed of service was great and my brand is ready to take off 🚀 thanks Custom Patches by Bob

I reached out via Instagram for a patch I needed made ASAP. The communication could not have been better. They assisted with design, and clarified the best type to use for our specific ask. Bob & Team got the order here in time and provided mock ups before completing as well. The quality was great and highly recommend this service to anyone needing a patch made quickly and successfully

PatchesByBob did an incredible job bringing my patch design to life. Their service was amazing from start to finish, and I never once felt out of the loop during the entire process. The communication was great, the quality is top-tier, and the final product came out even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

Saw a post on Instagram so I sent them a message. I was contacted immediately by Abigail and she explained how the process works. I asked a lot of questions and made a lot of changes to my design and she was always on top of everything. She never said "no" for an answer. Will definitely order again.
