Quick response and reassurance that if I ever needed to claim I could get a voucher to the full amount that I have insured the bike for to allow me, if needed, to purchase a replacement bike from my trusted supplier.

It all seems easy to take out the insurance. The proof it is value for money can only be tested if I ever have to make a claim.Hope fully never. But for peace of mind it is worth it.

A new experience for me
I haven't ridden s bike for 30+ years, so am re-learning the technique. Pedal assist was a nice surprise. The manual was a mite small, so I used my computer to enlarge the layout of the buttons. I am taking my time to get used to the controls

I’ve taken insurance for a electric bike I’ve purchased, the process was very easy to understand and covers with optional extras available if you wish, i payed my policy and documentation sent to me very shortly afterwards
