Created a quote online and completed the purchase over the telephone.
Fairly simple to use with friendly customer service.
As with all financial purchases there is always a lot of info to take onboard.
Price seems reasonable and the cover comprehensive.

I just pay every year and get the cover…
I just pay every year and get the cover I need for my electric bike, I have never had any need to use the cover because nothing has happened to me or the bike,saying that the insurance company treats me very well,very happy with the service,Daniel,Surrey.

The agent who processed my enquiry when the website failed was top notch. He didn't even laugh when he looked for anther insurance that i'd taken out, but with a different firm! Not my finest hour, but the agent just took it all in his stride

Cycle plan instruct the Davies group
Cycle plan can go bankrupt for I care
Cycle plan allowed Davies group to take advantage of my mental health, Davies group approved the £40 claim yes just £40
Then gave me £200 for the damage done to my mental health
Funny thing is never recieved the £200 just the £40
Complete liars and con merchants don’t buy insurance for a cycle because it will consume all your time even if the claim
Is for just £40
For my own sanity I will never buy this kind of insurance again. Let alone cycle plan again

Cycle plan has a well designed and simple to use website. It is clear and sets out the key information so you can make an informed choice about buying the insurance. I thought the price was reasonable but I do not know what proportion of claims are paid.

Cancelled policy because I had made a claim!
You take out insurance to cover if the worst happens, the worst did happen. I unfortunately had to make a claim after a serious crash. Then when it came to renewal, Cycleplan cancelled my policy because I made a claim. So you take insurance in case something happens, then if it does they refuse to insure you.

Still waiting for my policy documents…
Still waiting for my policy documents to be emailed to me and recommended my wife but she didn’t get the discount and I didn’t get my voucher. So overall not over impressed.
