Feedback and communication
I didn’t want to send my drone out of state for repairs but was unable to find someone locally to help. D1 website was very easy to follow with a simple step by step process for submitting repair request. Quick and easy feedback from when it arrived to when I had it returned in perfect working order. I was super relieved when I had it back up and flying again.

Product arrived and didn’t work. Had to call 6 different people and after being disconnected 3 times finally got told after having to travel to try a different internet connection to send it back because it’s broken
