Slow delivery times, buy straight from DJI Store instead.

Slow delivery times, bad website experience, and being over advertised compared to DJI Store. As this store is supposed to be an outlet of DJI, I do not know why it is far better to just order straight from DJI themselves. The ND Filters that I bought broke the first flight I took them on.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate the honesty and also understand how the product itself can affect the experience overall.

Regarding delivery: your order was placed on a Thursday after out cutoff and dispatched from our Victorian warehouse the very next day — a Friday. It arrived in South Australia the following Tuesday, which is a standard interstate transit time over a weekend on free freight.

We're proud to ship all orders from our local warehouse here in Victoria, which actually means faster and more reliable delivery than ordering directly from DJI — who frequently ship from overseas, including China, which can take considerably longer.

On the website experience and pricing — we're always working to improve, and we genuinely welcome specific feedback if you'd like to share it with us directly.

As for the ND Filters, we're sorry to hear they didn't hold up. These are Freewell products which come with a manufacturer's warranty, and we're absolutely able to assist with a replacement or warranty claim on their behalf. Please reach out to us directly and we'll get this sorted for you promptly.

We understand frustrations can arise, but our dispatch times, local stock, and after-sales support are genuine strengths we stand behind. We'd love the chance to make this right — please don't hesitate to contact us!

Excellent servic

Excellent service gave me 2 written quotes to my email for two products so I could make a comparison of the deals. I was also able to change my mic min from two black ones to a black and white at very short notice, thanks

The package not delivered

The package has still not been delivered and despite a phone call with a DJI agent - I have not had any follow up.
The transporter has issued an email stating I must contact supplier.
Supplier is silent...

DJI Drones are just Great.

They did their best to get the products to me as soon as possible.
The DJI drones are also great. I've bought 3 of them now and their technology is fantastic.

D1 staff made the purchase of my drone quick, easy and enjoyable. I got exactly what I wanted and more, so it was a very positive experience. I will recommend D1 to all friends and family and also, anyone who asks where I bought my DJI Mini 5 Pro and accessories.

Awesome Shopping Experience!

I recently reached out to D1 Store to purchase the DJI Osmo Mobile 8, and the experience was fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. They even price-matched an item I found online and assisted me in placing the order quickly and smoothly.

Missing a battery in the DJI store

When I dropped my drone to fix at the DJI store, I handed in a battery and drone but they returned only drone. I asked them for the battery to return but they said they didn't get it. It ended up I didn't get the battery and ovbiously I lost the battery in the store.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we're sorry to hear you're frustrated and we completely understand how upsetting it would be to feel like an item has gone missing.

We take all customer concerns seriously, so we investigated this on our end. Our intake records do not show a battery being logged in at drop-off, and there was battery was received when it went to repair as well.

As our process requires all items to be recorded at the time of drop-off. That said, we're happy to organise a discount for you on another battery to help get you a replacement!

I love more extra batteries

When I fly my drone I love how it doesn’t go flat in 20 minutes. With the extra batteries I can enjoy flying my drone on a day trip.
