Seem to be a dodgy and fake merchant

ordered dining and coffee table 800++ worth its been 11 days no update or news of delivery, glad used after pay so only partial payment done ive sent an email to afterpay to investigate, delayed my next payment so they dont take anymore money. I hope afterpay get hold of them and refund as all.

Refund Received

After sending a few nice emails to Daiiwa, they kindly refunded my money within 24hrs of the last email as they couldn't supply the chairs i ordered.

You can still get to their website through daiiwa.com - they've removed the au off their address in the last few days.

Daiiwa site is now offline, so request refund or charge back via your payment provider.

Scam do not touch

Paid for outdoor shower, not received now the website is down.
Luckily I paid PayPal and have lodged a claim.
30th Jan Edit: Have received a refund from PayPal.. take that you scammers.

CAUTION BEWARE

CAUTION
DONT BY FROM THEM

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago a almost $400. Wardrobe never received.
Tried calling to get an update but no answers,
I have emailed them multiple times but no response.
Tried going on there site yesterday (19th Jan 2021) it seems not to exist anymore.
This has to be a scammer

SCAM

It appears that I am not the only unhappy customer. Purchased a sideboard table on the 31st of December 2021 and still have not received the item. Sent them an email, no response. Tried to phone the number supplied and guess what.....no response. If I could give a 0 star I would. This company is happy to take people's money but gives nothing in return.

I ordered 2 office chairs not received

I ordered 2 office chairs 9th Jan $463.98 and received an email of dispatch with no tracking number# the 15 days lapsed and only means of contact via there website is via email, I have emailed multiple times with no response I now believe this is a scam site.... I would be happy to be wrong and change my review but at this stage I have no items and not a single email to let me know what is happening, it seems everything before December was fine, and now no communication or anything has this company folded up? Anyone got there ABN? Also noticed Trustpilot has removd there link for daiiwa.com/ site, so I would request that if you don't believe in this company then you need to stand up and say something as I'm starting to second guess believing Trustpilot into the future.

DAIIWA, is a fraudulent company, do not give them a cent. Not sure if they are the same company as Daiwa fiahing tackle but stay clear of DAIIWA. No phone number contact, no reply to emails.

If you paid by Paypal I suggest…

If you paid by Paypal I suggest reporting this company and opening a case - you may get your money back, I have done this and also reported the, to the ACCC - im $1550 out of pocket :(

Update - I got a full refund from Paypal

Still Waiting!

Looks like I have the same problem as all other customers of this business. Placed an order 26/12, advised product was shipped 28/12. Requested information of shipment via email with no response. Still waiting!

Looks like I'm another very unhappy customer. Purchased an outdoor dining set on the 26th of December and have emailed them several times to get an ETA but no response whatsoever. $800 later and I'm pissed. Is there a way to get a refund?

Daiiwa, I’m having the same experience it looks…

I’m having the same experience it looks as everyone else, if I knew my product was on its way it would be fine.
No reply to emails at all
I have now asked for a refund for unreceived goods
Has anyone had goods turn up since writing their review ?

Worst communications

I have placed the order to Daiiwa.com.au on 24th and 28th Dec 2021, and received the email by 31 dec 2021 informed that the order is on the way without any tracking number. I have follow up and sending email with no reply and also trying to call the number that mention on this site earlier 0447834715 with no avail.
to Daiiwa CS, can you reply my email and advise tracking number?

We’re aware that delivery times can be longer than usual, but we’re having the same problem as those who have commented below.
It only says it’s been shipped with no tracking numbers provided.

Same as all those who have posted since…

Same as all those who have posted since late December, ordered and paid $528 for a wardrobe and have been unable to contact them. No replies to emails, the contact phone number and chat are both disabled on the site. Will now have to try to get it cancelled and try to have the money stopped by the credit card company.

No reply from company

As the two previous reviews, ordered on the 24th December, notified on the 29th of December it was shipped but nothing has arrived. Have chased up via email and no reply. Can someone please get back to me, this is shocking service.

No communication

I ordered an item on Boxing Day and status has said ‘shipped’ but no details. I have also sent emails but no reply. Can someone from the company please contact me or reply to my emails?
I know things can happen, but it is good customer service to at least provide an answer.
