I Love Everything I have ever gotten from DHC!! The monthly box is the Bomb! Always cool AF! I absolutely love these guys!! N the replacement was a different name same function n might’ve been a little different in price but believe me it was to my good!!! I Wholeheartedly support n recommend DHC!

I am incredibly surprised by DHC. I expected a late delivery for some cheap, fragile glass, which ended with no response, but I got just the opposite of all of that. The glass surprised me; it isn't cheap, just inexpensive; the response time for DHC was within 24 hours each time, and Delivery was earlier than it suggested it would be. Will continue subscribing, thanks a bunch!

Very good customer service. Had a glass piece arrived broken, snap a photo and sent email, got a response right away. Then took a few days for to be verified, and then boom got a replacement of the glass piece on its way.

Amazing company would recommend
Ive ordered from this company for quite some time now and even when sad occurrences happen like a broken peice or broken banger they always are quick to respond and have always sent replacements for broken peices they are always friendly if you ever have issues and their peices are just sick af like really ive bought a lot from them and im always at awe with my peices definitely a customer for life

This is my second time I’ve had a piece come in broken unfortunately, but both times customer support has been smooth and easy to work with. Just give them their time to do what they got to do, and they’ll help you out with anything you need.

The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful. Aric has no business answering emails. I received an item that was unusable but from first inspection looked completely normal, so I filled the bowl once I tried to take a hit realized the manufacturer mistake. They didn't get the hole drilled out completely so it was extremely difficult to pull. So yes Aric I did try to use it ! But since you didn't bother to even ask and just hid behind a bunk policy you lost a customer and everyone i ever speak with will know. You are terrible at ur job. Will never use again!!

In this case though, we can see the order was delivered on August 1st, and you contacted us on August 5th, since the item has already been used, it falls outside what we're able to accept for a return or replacement.
Just for reference, the DHC Fully Wrapped Striped Bowl is a 14mm bowl piece meant to sit in the joint of a bong or water pipe, packed with dry herb and lit while inhaling through the piece. If there was ever an issue with the hole not being drilled through properly, that would show up on first use, which is why we ask customers to report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Was subscribed for almost a year and a half and omgg😅 I have too many products😂 Absolutely loved it while I was subscribed, well worth it if you love smoking😂 Had 1 broken bong in my package and they sent a new one within just a few days.
