A young employee went out of her way to accommodate me before opening today…I needed to get a birthday cake for our grandson, and she helped me not only get it , but wrote the birthday wishes on the cake as well

I was assaulted by an employee at the drive through window!!

They should call it Dirty Queen of the trailer park this place is about as clean as a pet hoarding rotten moldy haven’t picked up tha animal waste of the floor ever shack Truly gross tables filthy dorora and windows are a place to display grubby handprints of booger picking staff

Dairy Queen in the Cayman Islands is one of the best establishments for family that I’ve been to so far. My kids and I love their blizzards and the customer service is exceptional.

Ordered a garlic chicken strips at a location in Idaho during a trip. It was the grossest thing I’ve ever seen or gotten from a fast food restaurant.

The rest of the meal (fries, drink) were good and the staff at the restaurant were pleasant. But that chicken will be a core memory.

DQ is Not Priced FAIRLY whether in US or Canada, especially nowadays when gas is at an all-time high and squeezing the little guy and families. Instead of giving a break with your prices you take away kiddie pricing and moved to larger portions. And those franchises that opt out from participating with the "Free Sundae Day" SHAME on you.

Wales Rd Massillon Ohio, Stop trying to make people pull forward and park because you guys want to take your sweet time. It’s a drive thru not a parking spot. You guys are the slowest and also rudest place in this whole city. I will never pull forward no matter how many cars. How about you work faster

My wife Waited in drive-through for almost an hour. The DQ on Industrial in Euless is extremely incompetent. I will never go to a DQ again.

Absolutely disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed a simple order expecting basic fast-food service, but everything that could go wrong did. The wait time was ridiculous for such a small order, and when I finally received it, it wasn’t even correct.

The food quality was just as bad—items were poorly prepared and clearly rushed, like no one cared about what they were serving. To make things worse, when I tried to bring up the issue, the staff acted uninterested and offered no real solution.

Between the slow service, incorrect order, and lack of accountability, it honestly felt like a waste of money. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be coming back.

Ordered in the drive through had to pull up and wait 30 minutes and still had to go in to get my order and had to wait another 10 minutes

i have visited the Dairy Queen located at 89ave and Peoria on many occasions. You can always find a good place to eat by using one of these two methods. Either the parking lot will be crowded or the employees will be smiling when they greet you and will be getting along with the manager. This particular location seems to have both, however, lately there has been road construction going on nearby and the parking lot may or may not be crowded.

Inverness FL store. Staff is young, kind as well as courteous. Hubby and I are both very sick from having burgers there last night. Definite food poisoning symptoms. I did call and spoke to a young manager and she was apologetic. She brought the other manager in on this and she had the attitude it was not them. No one else called. I must be the issue. Well No I am not. I did not ask for a thing. I wanted them to know in case there are practices happening that need to be corrected. I was kind, low toned and just informational only call. Now I feel upset that this manager can not take precautions to be sure no one else is up all night/morning throwing up etc.
Shame on them. NEVER AGAIN!

The buy 1 blizzard and get the 2nd one for $.99 cents isn't a good deal at all, 2 medium blizzards still cost $10, TERRIBLE, will not be going back to Dairy Queen any time soon.

Ordered on line cake. When I went to the store they wanted more money. When I asked HQ they deferred and said take it up with the store. Really? It is their online service. Birthday cake with balloons and they wanted more money$13 for the $41 cake. Almost 1/3 cost of cake. I told them to take it off. If the store does not honor the cake priced they should not participate.

There was one car ahead of us. Already at the pick up window. After that car left we waited by the order speaker another TEN MINUTES . Nothing. We pulled up to the pick up window and could see a man doing things at a register. Ignoring is. No customer at the counter either. Another five minutes goes by and no acknowledgment we are there so my husband said ‘ looks like we are going to Sonic. It was so busy!!! Lots of customers. It was my first time driving through San Saba and I see the locals know where to avoid and where to go.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to a Dairy Queen location. I attempted to redeem a shake using my points, but the staff declined, stating that my points card appeared to be a screenshot.

While I respect that policies may restrict the use of screenshots, I was concerned by the manner in which this situation was handled. The employees were unprofessional, dismissive, and did not provide a clear or respectful explanation.

I kindly request clarification on your policy regarding digital rewards and ask that appropriate steps be taken to improve customer service at this location.

I ordered a chicken salad which is almost $9. It has little chicken not much else but lettuce. The salads before had bacon more cheese than I got this time. Needless to say I won't be buying that again.

I had ordered a normal chicken basket and when I had got home ( I live less than 7 minutes) my food was completely and I mean completely cold, my gravy was barely even filled up halfway with one of those tiny little cups - halfway, if not less - and my chicken tenders looked liked they had been sitting out for days. If I would’ve ate this I would’ve gotten sick. I then called over 3 times- no responses- and on the 4th I finally got someone on the phone. The manager then gave me complete attitude, said they make their food fresh so this is impossible, which is a lie, and offered no solution. She acted like I was in the wrong and when I asked if there was anything to do she said nope and then hung up on me. Please no one give these sick people your hard worked money. These people are a joke. The last time I got ice cream a teenager threw her cup at me and then got a stank face with me like I had done something to her. These people do not care about their jobs and treat it as a joke. I took a pictures of all of this if anyone needs proof. The night time manager needs fired. She is a complete joke and waste of a job from someone. They all of their vapes out and phones the whole time. There was no offer to remake my food or even see what the problem was. This manager is full of incompetence and terrible snark attitude.
