Dairy Queen Avis 

I ordered 2 of their special blizzard treat meal that I seen advertised on TV. Burger fries drink and blizzard treat. I was quite alarmed when I received the blizzards as they were in these very tiny small cups. When you watch the commercial it is 2x the size of the person's hand but when you actually purchase it, its smaller than your hand. Isn't this false advertising? Im very disappointed in dairy queen. Will never order from here again.

Twice in one-week DQ has managed to piss me off at two locations, today they were very rude and July 27th they didn't give me my full order, never again!

Staff was outstanding at 3275 New Market Rd, Varina, Virginia. The problem was, get this, the ice cream. It was icy and a tad off-white (slight yellowish tint) like imitation ice cream. I’ve never experienced Dairy Queen ice cream tasting like this. I’m truly hoping it’s a one-off. $10.80 for what we tasted…highway robbery

We stopped at the Dairy Queen close to exit 61 or 60 in New Mexico on I-10 today. Two people working. Cook was EXTREMELY slow. When we finally got our order, we took it to the car as we has wasted 30 minutes already.

The fries were still white and cold in the middle. We had three combos and all three had undercooked fries.

Will never stop here to eat again.

Every time I order I always get my order messed up today me and my boyfriend went there and ordered the guy taking are order repeated are order back and it was correct then when we got to the window he said he didn’t get that although he said it back every time I go something gets messed up or “forgotten” I think that is bs if your gonna work at a place make your costumers happy and don’t be disrespectful to your fellow citizens there is one young kid working for y’all n he is the only good employee he deserves so much more. I will not be going to this place for a while

Terrible drive thru experience gone multiple times all which had gotten our oder wrong service theirs gotta change or a better managing system

On July 16, 2026 we stopped in Los Fresnos, Texas to eat. There weanre only one table with 2 ladies and several small children. My sister and I came in with two small children. There was another table with children, a single male and a table with 4 men. The lady that was first there did not get their food and they were several others that came after her that got their food. The lady asked why and the manager there telling her it was almost ready. The manager there was really rude to the lady. The lady took her partial order and gave to the children and was looking on her phone when the manager screamed across the restaurant to the lady to not take her picture. The lady told her she was not taking her picture and the manager kept screaming at her. The lady and the lady with her were screaming very vulgar language and the manager kept talking ugly to the customers. The manager was awful and everyone in there were so uncomfortable with all the cursing and screaming. The manager handled everything in there so unprofessional. She was the cause of the whole situation escalating. The manager was still screaming when the family left. We should have never had to listen to all that. I blame the manager for the whole situation. She never once stopped the situation even though there were other people in there. We left there without finishing as did others because the whole incident was terrible. I believe that manager needs fired. Poor representation of any business. The service was also very very slow. I will never go back into that establishment.

Went to DQ in Obetz. Oh. Purchased 2 coneys. Not really sure why they super spicy like someone intentionally put Cayenne Pepper on them. Tried calling did not get an answer. This was not nice and may the individuals reap

My milkshake was just cold chocolate milk. Do not recommend.

Experience at South Cedar Dairy Queen in Lansing Michigan is 10/10 every Summer!

I asked for a cone and she gave me a cup. After waiting while everyone jacked their jaws with other employees. Poor service rates a call to corporate

If you’re looking for a massive sugar bomb coated in fake chocolate-like synthetic ingredients, this is your place. Anything natural in it is probably around 10% at best.

CAUTION BEWARE! Dairy Queen in Birds Hill Manitoba or East St. Paul, Manitoba Canada, CAUTION BE ALERTED! Order made at counter and employee immediately went to wash room. Employee returned after about 6-8 minutes and our order was still not filled. Another employee came forward and asked what we wanted. She was told we were waiting. She went back and told first employee to start preparing order. We watched. Third emplyee served blizzard and did not do promo flip. We asked about free next visit coupon and she laughed at us saying this location does not participate in that “silly” promo. I returned to my vehicle and checked on line where this location was confirmed as a participant. Meh! I returned and spoke to four employees who confirmed they did but no one moved to make it right or offer a coupon. I guess management has poor oversight or no control over corporate promos and unfriendly staff. I am comparing the large Reese’s peanut butter cups blizzard from the Ballwin, MO DQ store to the Webster Groves, Missouri DQ store.
From the top to the bottom of the large RPNB cup blizzard at Ballwin, MO there were big chunks of Reese‘s peanut butter cup all the way through it. It was perfect.But with the Webster Groves, MO RPNB cup I did not see any chunks till I got 3/4 of the way through it & they were few & far between them.
The price of the RPNB cup at the Ballwin, MO store was $1.69 cheaper than the Webster Groves, MO store. It also took me 7 minutes longer to get home from Ballwin, MO. I gave the Ballwin, MO store five stars because they did a really great job. I would give the Webster Groves MO.DQ maybe one star.

The soda tasted terrible and they gave us barely any fries, the service was decent but not great, not to mention there was a homeless guy outside asking my mother and cousin for spare change and then started following my mother before leaving.

I’ve always enjoyed Dairy Queen’s ice cream. The quality is consistently good, the Blizzards are great, and it’s one of my favorite places for a treat. However, I really wish Dairy Queen would bring back the Mixing Bowl Matchup promotion. It was a fun, interactive way to try different flavors and created a lot of excitement among customers. The ice cream is still excellent, but bringing back the Mixing Bowl Matchup would make the experience even better and give longtime fans something to look forward to again.

Burger was good.
But the 2 chicken strip baskets were not. Chicken was over cooked in one basket and the other was slightly burnt.
Counter worker was nice and polite.

This hibiscus lemonade was hands down the worst drink I have ever tasted in my entire life! And i am almost 40! It tasted like a fizzy plain sparkling water with a splash of perfume. Didnt even taste at all like lemonade. I was flabbergasted at the disappointment. It sounded so delicious it shocked my taste buds how absolutely trash it was. Just thought I should warn the public.

A young employee went out of her way to accommodate me before opening today…I needed to get a birthday cake for our grandson, and she helped me not only get it , but wrote the birthday wishes on the cake as well
