Your massage chair is awesome. My friends also are surprised how good it is. Sometimes I think that chair is cursed because every time I use it I fall asleep coz I was so relaxing.

I bought the chair because a friend of mine had an older version. But it seemed her chair did a better job at extending then mine. My chair is too gentle even when I turn it up to the more aggressive level.I would have given it a 5 star if it stretched me the way her chair did.

We love the massage chair. After long hours at work, it's nice to have a chair to help relax and straighten out the lower back. Having the heat available for sore backs helps a great deal.

Best massage unit out their. I would like a couple more options added to it but still best by far !!!!

Wishes:
-more neck massage. The chair doesn't really get to the neck.
-foot massage to be a little better for shorter legs. The massage is so close, yet so far away.

Notice that the massage parts seem louder even though chair is less than a year old. Need to find a time that I'll be home to have it serviced

Overall, family loves the chair. Great place to relax and take a nap.

i would like more massage in neck area and thigh area

This is absolutely the best massage chair I have ever sat in. The Extention setting is great.

This massage chair is absolutely to say the least amazing. There are so many different options. You can choose a number of different settings that's right for you. You can set it for a 10, 20, or 30 minute session. From a light massage right up to a deep tissue massage and it even comes with heat. I always set this for a 30-minute massage, sometimes with the hea, sometimes without.I feel so relaxed, I wake up 2 hours later because I always fall asleep in the chair. I set this chair in zero-g mode and drift off into heaven. When friends come over they go in the chair for a 30-minute massage and fall asleep every time. Like I said, this chair is amazing and you will absolutely love it.
