Dentist was very professional but it was the two ladies on reception who helped sort my bookings and an issue with my sons forward bookings.

MIne was an emergency appointment and was timed within 3 hours of my initial call. Could not fault the staff who went over and above what i expected. Cannot rate these people highly enough. Excellent.

Had my 6 months check up. Arrived and went straight in all good experience from dentist to reception.

Again my appointment started late, in the 3 years I have used the practice, I have never had an appointment with the dentist start on time. My regular dentist has now left the practice, I am sad to see them go, and the one I saw was not as thorough.

I attend this practise in Hove, they are excellent, very friendly and professional, they put you at ease and listen to your views and always ready to give good advice , the practise is bright, clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Not sure when an NHS 6 month check up stopped being a full check over your teeth and mouth for signs of any disease then a quick clean and became 5 mins of sales pitches of private work they offer. At 45 and never had a cavity apparently now they offer a treatment that at £150 a tooth I had 3 teeth that were on the verge of cavities and would benefit from this. I need a clean which requires a “ private” hygienist appt but the hygienist doesn’t remove stains but guess what they’ve got another private service that does. Not a lot of any service for my £27.50 tho!

Going to the dentist isn't always something to look forward to! Since I was made a patient of Mareeshty Damarasing it's different. She is such a lovely person, explains things and makes me feel calm. Also a good dentist and her assistant is also very good.
The reception staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Thankyou everybody at Damira.

Having chipped one of my front teeth ,I could not believe what an excellent job Felicia had done to fix it. Not only did she sort the problem tooth but took time and care to ensure the rest of my teeth were treated and polished to completely blend naturally. Im so happy with the work I've had done.

Attended today and was very pleased. Got appointment without any issues. Very polite receptionist (Kelly) and dentist, made you feel comfortable while treatment was being performed. Very clean .. definitely would recommend

Polite and efficient from the reception desk, to the dental nurses and the dentist himself. You always receive reminders and can fill in forms ahead of your treatment. I am very happy I changed to Damira Havant.

Well organised, fairly prompt appointment, friendly dentist and staff

I was 15minutes late due to mix up with time but I was glad that the dentist could still accomodate me. Dentist explained the treatment options were well and overall experience was good.

I just can’t comprehend what has happened again,I am referring to the Sharland House Fareham,having joined on the NHS both my partner a I and had an initial check up which was fine, but since then every time my partner or I have booked a hygienist it has been cancelled. I therefore pre-booked six months in advance my checkup and hygienist on the same day I arrived early with the checkup first and then hygienist after, I received emails and texts stating everything was fine,after waiting some time for my checkup as were many,people were complaining about the wait time I had to see the hygienist first which went ok, I was told I would be seen by the dentist soon after so had to go and extend my parking as gone well over the time, I was then told the dentist couldn’t see me as he wasn’t treating NHS patients!!, this was a shock to me as I had booked months in advance and received confirmation of the appointments.
I just can’t believe how this dentist can operate like this, it is such bad service something needs to be addressed about it.
I have absolutely no confidence in this Dentist that I would not book another appointment as probably be let down again when I turn up. It was difficult to find NHS Dentist, but I will not be going back disgraceful company.
Update: the day after writing this review I received an email stating I owe £40 for a missed appointment.
I state my claim of how bad this practice is.
