For me the whole experience of treatment at the dentist until recently, was fine. However it now makes me anxious! I couldn’t have found a better dentist than Neha Kapur! She is patient, kind and very understanding of my concerns. Neha really is wonderful and so is her assistant. Thank you both!

Good service

Friendly team from door to surgery. Procedure explained clearly, consent forms and treatment plan understandable along with costs. Tooth removal went well with plenty of painkilling injections.

I saw the lovely Zohra . She's just so kind and comforting and patient. It was so good to have her check my dental problems and sort them out. She's just lovely🙏

Had a tooth removed and the procedure went much better than expected. Very little pain the next day so well done!

Saw a lovely kind dentist who was really professional and put me at ease … as no one likes going to the dentist!!! Her name was Leanne so if anyone is a nervous patient I highly recommend seeing her. Dental nurse also was warm and friendly.

I was extremely anxious about my proposed dental procedure. However, my dentist Mareeshty Damarasing was so understanding and caring about my fears and made the experience as positive as possible under the circumstances . The reception staff were also very helpful and supportive.

Andre, the dentist I saw, is extremely pleasant and very clear about what he needs to do - which immediately is reassuring. The Reception staff and dental nurses/assistants are all very kind and helpful too.

Just have to give this dental practice 5 stars. Very respectful and caring to all patients. Also very gentle whilst having any kind of treatment

I am a knee patient at the Sudbury , Suffolk,
I was impressed with the receptionist who was helpful .Dentist Ruth Hong was understanding as I was nervous who put me at easy .she recommended I see the hygienist which I did ,who did a good job but ,felt uncomfortable with the experience !!

All the staff were very friendly and polite,
the dentist explained what i needed to have done clearly ,the whole experience was a good one.

The receptionist manager was so lovely , helpful and friendly , it is a lovely dental clinic and everyone is so friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful for the children during their first visit.

I was seen on time and the staff were helpful and very pleasant. I am lucky to have a dentist. I've been with the same surgery for over 30 years.

But I had trouble with the dentist not knowing about my benefits claim for the cost. They asked the manager but they weren't any more helpful. I was surprised they aren't more aware of dental benefits.

I was able to pay for my treatment (with a view to getting a refund) but it could be embarrassing for someone who couldn't pay.

I went to see the hygienist. It is absolutely brilliant. Didn’t hurt me at all. Will be going again.
