Just wanted to say what amazing service provided by both the receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist. Had a great conversation about tattoos and music when I sat in the clinic! Look forward to my next appointment in 6 months 😁

efficient and my dentist Stephanie is brilliant so skilful and gentle.
I highly recommend this Dental Studio.

I normally dread going to the dentist but this time I was in the chair for 1hr having a tooth extraction and preparing to have a crown fitted in 2weeks.The dentist explained what he intended doing and got to work. I had 3 injections for pain but never felt anything. Never had to take any paracetamol etc,just like to say what a fantastic dentist.

Had an appointment for a check up and found a cracked tooth and Gemma dealt with it there and then. Fantastic result.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I came in a few months ago for composite veneers on my bottom teeth here and I have paid the price for it ever since. The first set of veneers were done way to close to my gum line which cause all of the right hand side to swell up badly. I had black lines all over my teeth that looked worse than my natural ones. My dentist removed the veneers and put new ones on which did nothing to resolve the issue. Within two days of having the treatment half of one of the veneers came off so I went back to see him again. He temporarily filled in the veneer and told me he would contact the lab and get a replacement made, to which I never heard anything back about. The bonded teeth were now too thick and I couldn't floss which I had to go back and have sorted again, which is something that should be checked before I left. When I went back one of my back gums was cut badly and left bruised, which is another thing the dentist did not bring up and I saw when I was home. I tried to get a refund for this as I was left in a worse situation than when I went in, to which I was told I had gum disease and this is why they went so badly. I had never had any gum disease and the dentist told me that my gums were healthy enough for the procedure. The only reason I had this treatment was for sensitivity that I was experiencing. The managers have done nothing about his poor service and have said that he makes the final decisions. The dentist offered me half of my money back as a "gesture of goodwill' and said there was nothing wrong with his work. I have now left this practice and have gotten a second opinion who has said that his work was in fact bad. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere even if it does cost more as I've never experienced anything like my treatment at this awful practice.

Staff were nice and the dentist seemed to be very professional at his job.

I wasn’t looking forward to this appointment as I have a very sensitive tooth currently, but the hygienist was really understanding and gentle and agreed to just use hand tools. Amazingly no pain and my teeth look and feel much better.
Would highly recommend.

Booked a week in advance only thing I thought was a bit out of order was you have to pay when you book it? Not after treatment which will be much better idea apart from that excellent service did better than I intended and talked me through the whole situation.

I had a hygienist appointment at the Southborne Damira Dental clinic with Amanda Daley. The work she carried out was of a very high standard - at the same level as my previous experiences at a completely private dental surgery elsewhere. She was very friendly and took time to discuss my general dental health and I had the full half hour scheduled for the appointment. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be returning to her if she is still based at the clinic next year. The ladies on reception were pleasant and friendly

Being nervous of the dentist the thought of having a tooth out made me anxious
I had no need to worry .
Aadam took great care of me all the way through and put me at great ease.i would highly recommend Damira.

This is the second time me and my daughter visited Damira Ryde, we last went on the 11th of September and were both made to feel so comfortable by the reception staff and of course Andres. I used to be terrified of the dentist when I was younger but the staff have made my feel so at ease I’m not anymore. So grateful, thank you so much. So nice to have such lovely dentists.

I've had a really good experience here. I initially went for an NHS appointment, then had my denture done and have since been back for a hygienist appointment. I've been really pleased with the treatment throughout. The hygienist visit was great and painless, which is always a bonus when going to the dentist! Would definitely recommend.
