Great communication and quick turn…
Great communication and quick turn around on return/exchange. Only questionable thing I had was the price difference in a bigger size that wasn't shown during RA process. Paid extra for the return service, and bigger size was listed the same as original order. Was notified of difference after during process. Not a big deal. Appreciated the quick turnaround.

Incomplete order
Four Helmet Visors were originally ordered but only One was Recieved. Sent an email to check on missing items. Recieved a response from Jason Butler. He was very helpful in resolving this error. The missing items were shipped promptly and have been Recieved. Things were handled quickly and professionally. Turned an over site into an overall good experience. Pleased with the product and the service.

The great products I received and top…
The great products I received and top notch help I got from the staff like Shawn in customer service and the shipping department is wow. I received two upper end Brando style jackets. One in goat and one in cowhide along with their chaps and they are stunning leather, and a good fit. The prices for what I received great! A company and staff that takes care of it's customers.

Excellent Customer Service Team
Updating review. Initially, I ordered (4) Vest Extenders. Received two different emails stating that they had shipped as two orders. I received one package with only 1 of 4 extenders in it and a note saying order complete. When I reached out to the company I was told that it required photos - I sent the photos. Then they told me they were doing an investigation. Then they said that all 4 were shipped. Fast Forward to a few emails later and attempted phone calls by the Quality Team to reach me, Shawn was super helpful and able to get my other extenders sent out to me following their investigation. Updating to 4 stars because they made this right and I’m excited to be able to wear my leathers under my vest for added warmth in these cold Spring Days thanks to these extenders. Would have given 5 if not for the oopsie.

Poor Customer service! no call
Customer service says they'll call you back but never do. I had to call back multiple times and quality of items are poor at best. I Wouldn't recommend this estore to buy from.
