Received my dashcam very quickly. Extremely well packaged. As I did not purchase the car it was due to be fitted in I returned the camera. My refund was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Dashvision kept me informed all the time, and my refund was processed quickly. High praise for this company in a world where this is rare. Will definately recommend Dashvision.

It's really a good dash cam. Video quality and sound recording also tremendous. Loved it. I had another one on other car. This is the 2nd time i bought. Simply good with cheaper price.

The dash cam came very quick which was good. I can’t say I am fully satisfied with the performance of the stealth cam. The download of the app was great and setting up the front camera was very easy. It’s the back camera that is a pain and I still have not managed to fit it correctly to the back window so it’s just laying loose at the moment. I was disappointed that it did not have its own screen on the app so until you look at the pictures from recording you can’t tell if it is in the correct place and it’s not upside down. I have tried several times to fit it with the help of others and you think it’s pointing in the right direction then look at the recording only to find it is pointing down into the boot area or upside down
I have purchased a hardwiring kit so when the car goes in soon for its service I will get them to fit it. Hopefully it will then work as it should.

I had a problem with my dash cam not starting up, the support team were excellent in trying various solutions until the problem was proven to be the 64gb memory card. They were excellent and I cannot praise them enough. Well done!

It's a definitely good dash cam but unfortunately it didn't work with hardwiring with our car so we returned it for time being. Customer service is brilliant with a lots good advice in willing to sort out any issues people may come a cross 🤞

Sarah, I wish you would check your sales list. It WASN'T Dorothy Baxter who bought the item, it was me, Adam Baxter. I don't even know how you got my wife's name, because she has never bought anything from Dashvision. Anyway, the camera I bought is great, Adam Baxter.

Great quality and so easy to set up. The voice volume on start up is way too loud and not sure if it can be turned down od off, but that's my only gripe so far.

2nd time using this company in recent months. Prompt and helpful responses to emails and pleasure to deal with.

I have received my delivery it was fast

Having complained about the rear camera not working I was guided through what checks to take to resolve the problem, which turned out to be me not connecting the in line connector properly, the plug has to be inserted with a little force into the socket to ensure a good connection.

I bought a Dash Cam pro and when I had questions the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Messaged back to me quickly and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys.

Second dash cam I've had from these guys. Easy to set up and use with clear screen and video. Everything you need is in the box including sd cards which you usually have to pay extra for.

AWFUL PRODUCT, NO REFUND AND BAD SERVICE.

Avoid buying Dashvision products. The camera won’t record or save files and it keeps beeping and going on and off regularly. Most times it won’t even come on. They refused to offer a return and refund and sent me another faulty product for replacement. Temu cameras a better option than this

10 days of me emailing and filling in online contact form. No reply from their team to help with a return.

Connected very easily through the app, very good picture, easy to install

The instructions were written by someone whose first language was English, so they are easy to understand. The camera and fittings appear to be good quality. Installing both cameras was straightforward although some command strips will be needed to fix wires neatly.

I purchased 2 cameras and both arrived quickly and were easy to fit. I had an issue with one of the front cameras after about 2 months and it just stopped working with no power to it. Customer service was brilliant and responses were quick and easy to follow with troubleshooting suggestions provided. In the end the front camera wouldn't work but a new one was posted out to me the same day and I'm all up and running again now. Theres been no issues with the other cameras

Good piece of kit for the price range . Installs easy without any issues .
