Installation was easy. Setup is a bit confusing. Documentation is poor. Having to use a QR code and then find your documentation through all the products is a royal pain in the derriere.

First hand experience with theft
My motorbike was stolen, and they helped me throughout the entire process. It was the early hours of the morning, and I had someone on the phone guiding me every step of the way. They updated the police with all the necessary information and helped me retrieve my bike. What more could you ask for?
I would highly recommend them.

A very neet installation and works well.
A very neet installation properly soldered into the harness. The technician kindly tidied up some other accessory wiring whilst he was at it.
Easy commissioning and app setup. Used the bike today and I have logs for each section of my journey.

Awful experience with this lot
Awful experience with this lot. The first engineer turned up late the first time, had to come back, was turning up late the second time, I told him not to bother. I then said I wanted another engineer who didn’t even bother turning up. What’s worse is that this morning trying to phone there’s no answer just on hold. I would not recommended at all. Happy to take your money, but support is terrible. I’ll be out after this first year. A full refund would be nice after being stung.

Gives me piece of mind my bike is where…
Gives me piece of mind my bike is where I left it, also shows my battery information on the bike and I tracks your journeys. Receive alerts from the monitoring station when ever movement has been detected and you are not with the bike. This is the 2nd bike I have had with a datatool stealth system fitted.

Bought a secondhand 2015 blade a few…
Bought a secondhand 2015 blade a few years ago. Was fine for a few years. This winter the old battery was ruined so bought Li-ion and was fine again. Left in there for a couple of days, came back to take the bike for mot and it was ruined....? Alarm was beeping steady and could not turn it off. Called Datatool who said words to the effect of "good luck removing the whole system, its a bing job. If you want to bike to work again you can by a bypass plug from us for £25." I go to the website and theyre £50 bloody quid for a choc block and 3 wires!!!! Also I need another £100 for the battery!!!
Massive scam.

The alarm referenced is an S4 system, which is an obsolete product range that has not been manufactured for many years. These systems were supplied as dealer-fit items, and for safety and liability reasons, we are unable to provide end users with guidance on removing alarm systems themselves, as incorrect removal can cause damage to the motorcycle.
The bypass plug was recommended as the simplest and most cost-effective way to safely disengage the alarm without removing the full system. Given the age of the product and the vehicle, the system is well outside of its original three-year warranty period.
