Our garage door repair man arrived very quickly after we contacted the website and the engineer was polite and explained the issue clearly and resolved the issue very promptly.

Fast and efficient service. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Tradesman was friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done. He carried out the repair and my garage door was as good as new. I has ot been able to open it for 3 years.

The lad who fixed the door I would give full stars. He gave us a new key but unfortunately we can’t use it. I rang the support team. And what an unpleasant man. He was very unhelpful , terrible phone manner and told me there was nothing he could do . My husband is 80 and would have appreciated a bit of help

We made a call , within an hour we had Gordon looking at our dreadfully messed up electric garage door. Storm coming and we cannot close it at all! He went above & beyond, worked tirelessly to fix it and close the garage door before the heavy rain. Cannot recommend enough. Great professional, very friendly & knowledgable .

Very impressed by the speed of response in coming to fix a broken garage door. Martin was immediately able to recognise the problem, and was able to fix this in record time. Very grateful for such excellent service.

Engineer came out assessed repair - I got immediate quote which I accepted and repair done there and then.

Only gave 4stars as arrived a day late and automated phone call was late in letting me know they would not arrive at time on original day . The work was done in excellent time and manner and fitter was helpful and polite.

Waited in 2 days for no-one to turn up both days. Thanks for wasting my time. Nevermind, there are plenty of other who wil take my business instead.
