It's ok
Originally, there was no shipping info provided after purchase. Contacted the customer service and they did reply, however it wasn't quick and helpful by any means. They kept saying they had asked the warehouse to double check. And the funny thing is that one day the products just suddenly arrived after probably 10 days of purchase (updated: no, actually it's 2 weeks), with the status of the order still being unfulfilled (which means not shipped yet).
Bags are fine, the online purchasing experience wasn't great.

Worst costumer service ever
Worst costumer service ever. I placed an order and waiter ages for it to be sent. I wrote emails which were never answered. I waited some more just to be notified by the DHL that DB didn’t write the full address details which is going to cause further delays. I contacted the DB but again my messages got ignored… don’t bother with that company. Not worth the hassle
Great quality and function - a bit pricey
Ordered their Ramverk 32L.
I was initially skeptical of the high price but was curious about their rib system and the clever compartments.
Turned out to be a great purchase.
The top compartment fits my headphone, ebook reader, charger and passport.
The laptop compartment at the back makes it a breeze to take it in and out.
The way it opens up for additional compartments works perfectly for your smaller stuff.
All in all, worth it by far! The next purchase will be their cabin luggage.

Received a broken backpack
Received a broken backpack and they're not responding to any emails. Its impossible to send them back nor get a refund.
Edit; they replaced my backpack! Glad its resolved.

DB Does Not Stand Behind its Products!!!
Waited two months and repeated submissions for warranty claim. kept emailing. Finally after the fourth attempt I heard back. I was told that my claim was denied because the cracked vinyl on my expensive bag was caused by “outside” forces and not a defective piece of vinyl. Worst excuse ever and the worst customer service. I like the BB bag and own two. However DB’s failure to stand behind its products is disgraceful and the “customer service” is nonexistent. I will never buy another DB product after this experience.

Everything was fine, i god it easily and the product Is awesome
Backpack arrived damaged
Backpack arrived damaged. DB are a bunch of douchebags as they refuse to answer any warranty claims. They ignore them completly.
Edit: I got i touch with DB a while after the review. Customer service is still incredibly slow. And instead of sending me a new backpck, they give me a discount code, which was useless as my backpack was out of stock. Took months before I had a new backpack because of it.
I will still give them 3 stars as the bag itself is very nice atleast so far. But in terms of service they still have a long way to go.

Poor Quality “Leather”
Barely used “The Backpack” a few dozen times over two years and the fake leather has cracked and peeled over the entire backpack. Save your money.

Love their products. Have a great bag myself that has lasted more than 2 years wihtout any problems.
Worst customer service
The bags seem alright but the worst shopping experience I've had so far. I was forced to file a formal complaint to the consumer centre because their support is simply ignoring every message I've sent (oh yes on social media they are stars). It was a journey to get a return receipt and now it's a journey to get my money back, dbjourney. Don't get fooled by their marketing, that's all it is. And when I think about that I really wanted to exchange that bag and order two more...

Promise free presets via FB advertisement but never sent them and end up spamming me with product offers. Not acceptable, I want my data removed as you are mishandling it. I would not have given you my details should have I known I would not receive the free product on offer.

Waste of money
Shipped wrong product, didn't take responsibility. Also never answered further emails or support requests. Unable to reach anyone via email or zendesk for months, can't even reach the support-page for months due to SSL issues... Very frustrating! Truly a waste of money!

I ordered the Hugger 30L backpack
I ordered the Hugger 30L backpack. Although there was a little mix up with the import tax that I was requested to pay, DB paid this immediately and my item was released to me. Very very very happy with the service that they provided for me and love the style and quality of the bag. Looking forward to using it!
The Element Rolltop is my new favorite
Been using a lot of rolltops from other brands but yes... Their new Element Rolltop is the best one yet! The laptop pocket and the easy access pocket makes it 100% the only bag I need for both adventures and when I stroll around the streets! Definitely coming back to buy more.

I have used The Backback everyday for school and work for some years now and i absoulutely love it! I first heard of the brand through Jon Olssons youtube channel in 2017, and i have been following the brands awsome journey ever since! Cant wait to get another bag from Db!
