Bought the Backpack x Jay Alvarez from the douchebag website.
After 6 months of light use the backpack “Pu Leather” is starting to peal in various points.
So I contacted the warranty department and they say this is due to the backpack be in contact to exterior objects.
Never seen such a bad warranty department even more for a company that says the have values and all that seller conversation.
Don’t let yourself be seduced by the company marketing. Don’t worst 100€ so even less 200€. Save yourself some money and buy something better.

I visited Stockholm, all the way from Trondheim, Norway. I was planning to visit the igloo, and dressed accordingly.
What a huge disappointment!
I was sweating like a pig and that is not particularly charming.
Especially at my age. I'm 73.
The only reason I am giving you 3 stars is, that the Swedes are nice and the backpacks even better.

Step 1. Buy a bag.
Step 2. Wait for two weeks - it never came
Step 3. Write them an e-mail explaning the problem.
Step 4. Wait again.
Step 5. Write them again after 3 week.
Step 6. Then wait again.
Step 7. Write them again after 4 weeks.
Step. 8 after almost 5 weeks they replied " we Will look into it"
Step 9. Wait again.
Step 10. Give up. And realise you money is gone.
T*rd Sandwich vs Giant Douche? No Competition
Back in the 2000's, democracy was in trouble. Ruthless dictators had the planet in a stranglehold. I, Brian Boitano, was busy fighting Evil Robot Kings.
Then everything changed forever. There was a battle between good and evil. The right was bestowed on to the lucky residents of a small Colorado town, to choose between 2 mighty candidates. I, Brian Boitano, am of course referring to the legendary race to office between T*rd Sandwich and Giant Douche.
T*rd Sandwich was an evil autocrat, in the pocket of big energy companies with no regard to the general public. But Giant Douche, he was different. He had integrity. He had balls. He had a hell of a talent for public speech. And he was not a T*rd Sandwich.
In honour of the mighty Giant Douche, I want to tip my hat to Douchebags in general, as without them, we would never have been able to experience the leadership of Giant Douche. I, Brian Boitano, think you will agree, the World is better for the influence of douchebags.

I did buy the carry all 65L but the order did not get trough but I had payed. So I contacted the costumer service and they said they would check it and pay me back. So I ordered a second time. The second order did get through but paid again. A month later I still didn’t get my money back and the customer service isn’t answering my mails.
No warranty when it doesn't suit the company
I bought The Carryall 40L last November, and while the product is great, I was quite disappointed with the Customer Support.
The bag has an obvious design flaw, allowing a key-holder strap to very easily get stuck in an adjacent zipper. This exact happened to my bag, which makes the compartment that the zipper opens completely unusable.
When writing to their customer support, the only advice I get is to cut the key-holder off. Why would you ever recommend destroying the product and pointing the fault at the customer, rather than admitting that it's a design flaw? I don't ask for a complete replacement, but at least give advice on how to fix the issue without destroying the product. The person I was in touch with even admitted that her own bag had the exact same fault happen to her, and she "just cut it off".
Not cool for a "Premium" brand and a 179€ bag.
