Tried to get in touch multiple times to return my order still no communication for over 2 weeks

no one has helped me with my damaged item! no one has emailed ne back to help me! i bought a school bag for my son and it arrived damaged and no one has helped with a return or anything.

Can’t believe I’m saying this after years of ordering , but don’t even bother . I ordered a pair on 6th June 26th and never received my order. Emailed them several times and they never replied. Had to get the bank involved for a refund and even they said they ignored them too. Only now had a refund from bank on 10th August . Seen a few people having the same problem . I did try to track the order and after about a week of it saying shipped they became to not been recognised . Avoid at all cost

Not sure if DC shoes have been taken over because I've never had any problems before.
Placed an order on 26th July. Confirmation email received but payment not taken. Apparently payment is now taken when order ships. Order was due to ship on 1st August.
Haven't heard anything.
Now my items are out of stock. No idea if I will receive them or not.
No way to contact company as the "contact us" section just loops back to FAQs.

Really disappointed.

It was reduced and I still got a voucher, the backpack was as big as I hoped, can't tell from a photo what it will be like when it arrives, but it was all good. Then it was delivered in good time

Customer service is terrible. Order number not recognised and I'm still await response to return shoes

Order was delivered exactly on time and the shoes are excellent. Well made, cushioned and stylish. Good price too because of a summer sale. Parcel was well wrapped and the shoes were nicely boxed.

Ordered from dcshoes.co.uk, but when I started my return realised it was actually Boardriders.com. Should have read the reviews on here, because after sending my items back, and having tracked delivery confirmation from Evri, no refund and no response to multiple emails. I should have just kept the items and sold them on Vinted, at least I would have some money back rather than being £120 out of pocket. Do not buy from here if you think you may have to send anything back.

Ordered nearly one month ago. The tracking link doesn’t work. Haven’t received the shoes. I contacted customer services and waited over a week to be told not to contact them again as they are experiencing high numbers of emails and me contacting them is slowing down their responses. I have opened a dispute with my bank as I have paid and not received my order or an explanation. Terrible service.
