Fab shoes let down by poor shipping updates and slow delivery... more info needed to keep customers in the loop please

Wicked shoes! My girlfriend looks amazing in them and shes totally stoked with how comfy they are and the style!

Sizes were inconsistent and sizing chart was off. Needed to return stuff, it took a very very long time to get it processed and no end of communications with no feedback on this.

Stock is very inconsistent too. it says they are in stock but may turn up next day or 5 weeks later again with no communication.

Was waiting on a return way beyond the return by date. Very difficult process.

Update: 09/7:

Refund processed now, but it has taken 6 weeks and no end of communications. To summarise; the sizes on the size chart are a little off (too big, potentially order size down). And their stock is very inconsistent. One thing turned up very quickly, the rest took 5 weeks.

Be very wary of the company, it may well be difficult to get what you want and if you have to use refunds or returns, it can be very long drawn out process.

It took 10 days for the trainers for a gift, I was ok with that given they may of come from an international store but the wrong size came, tried to contact them several times with photos for proof but no response. I've returned and won't be ordering the right size as I have no faith in the customer service if they're wrong again. No trainers for daughters birthday!

Order was not dispatched in timescale email said. Took 2 weeks.
But the main issue was having no updates or way to speak to an actual person.
AI crap bot sent me in circles giving no answer at all.
I even posted to your social media and still no one replied.
Service was absolutely terrible.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I placed an order on 31/05/26 for my husbands birthday and I still have not received it. I have contacted customer service multiple times and only ever received 1 reply, I have purchased before and had no issues so now I will pursuing a refund and will not be buying from them again.

Perfect all round and great products. Never disappointed. Speedy delivery.

First pair of DC shoes, needed some trainers for a trip, and having never worn or tried a pair on I was unsure as I struggle with most standard trainers having wide feet. These are comfy, stylish with great materials for a fantastic price. Very good shipping, not the quickest but it was delivered time. I'm gobsmacked that this quality of shoe can be bought for this price. Leather uppers, well stitched and comfortable from the minute you put them on. They are amazing!!.

The website is easy to navigate, order and pay. The delivery was very quick too

Terrible company to buy from. Order 10th June finally arrived 19th June. Contacted customer service in this time to no response.Opened box to find the wrong size shoe. Contact customer service again and still no response. Have returned them. They were rescued by DC 23 and still waiting on a refund. Would not buy from these or recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience, placed an order on the 2nd of June 2026, got an email saying its been shipped on the 4th of June 2026, after receiving no further communications i used their query page, no number apparently. And got zero replies. Eventually got a contact number for dpd on the 26th of June 2026 only to be told that DC got my address wrong and its been sent back to them. No one seems to care about customer service or satisfaction at DC. Utterly disgusting how they take ones money and dont care if it reaches the customer or not. Customer support does not exist. All you’ll get is automatic AI replies.

The shoes are awesome only if you buy them and never have any issues. If anything goes wrong — you’re completely on your own.

Order not delivered and I’ve tried to contact 3 times and all three times dc has ignored me and sent autonomous emails that do NOT help and customer service is terrible

I placed the order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have raised a dispute with my bank. Do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Missing one pair of dc’s that were ordered at the start of july , tracking says delivered but nothing was , sent countless emails with very little response apart from automated replys

Zero updates. Zero communication. I received a refund this morning but I had no idea why. I have chased this order for over a week. I agree with other reviews, do not buy from them.
