I have not received my order and I have repeatably tried to contact customer services and the courier DPD to no avail. Is this a scam ? I have paid my money but have not received my Order

I ordered a pair of skateboard shoes for my son over a month ago, and the order has still not arrived. I have been chasing both the main website (dcshoes.co.uk) and the strange secondary link that appeared on my order confirmation, but neither has provided any meaningful response or explanation.
The tracking information through DPD has also led nowhere. They appear to have no valid delivery evidence and cannot confirm that the parcel ever existed beyond the initial tracking entry, which makes me think they may also be victims of this fraudulent setup.
After looking at the Trustpilot reviews, something I wish I had done before purchasing and it’s clear that many other customers have experienced the same issue. There are numerous reports of missing orders, no customer service, and no refunds.
I have requested a refund and am still hoping this will be resolved, but based on the volume of similar complaints, I am extremely concerned that this website is operating as a scam.
I have reported the site to the National Cyber Security Centre and strongly recommend others do the same so action can be taken quickly.

Item not been delivered. Tracking keeps saying being returned to sender. No reply to email to customer services. Customer services phone number doesn't work!

The process of ordering was very straightforward. Delivery was as quick as was specified. Well packed, arriving undamaged. As the shoes are a present I expect them to be well received, as they both are what he requested.

The communication about my order has been awful , i’m still so confused on what the status of it is . Extremely disappointing

I haven't received my order at all, I already emailed support 3 days of no answers, dpd says that the product has been delivered which makes no sense, theres no pictures, and the time of the supposed delivery was midnight, how does that make any sense

My order never arrived and all emails from myself requesting the item or a refund have been ignored. Now I have no pressant for my partner.

I ordered some shoes for a birthday present and couldnt get any tracking information ended up calling DPD, and DC shoes are using the wrong custom clearance documents, but saying the shoes are delivered when they have been returned to the depot. They are not responding to emails, and not providing a refund!
I will never by from dc again!!

3 weeks the item still not delivered, customer service shocking 1week no response.
Don't waste you time.

I would give zero stars were that an option. Ten days after buying some shoes for my daughter and nine days after being told the shoes were being sent I have no parcel, no updates as to where it might be and a very unhappy teenage daughter.

After 2 weeks the shoes have still not been delivered.

Great company , easy to order and fantastic quality trainers . Delivery was speedy and simple

Got 2 items - 2 pairs of shorts (same item in different colours). They were sent separately one arrived within 2 days and the other never arrived. The tracking for the one that never arrived (DPD) was marked as delivered but no note of address on the tracking or evidence of delivery. Tried to contact DC customer service a few times but never got any response. Had to open a dispute through PayPal...

I've contacted customer services twice, no order received and no refund confirmation. Order placed 4 weeks ago.

Absolute joke never received my order was giving a tracking number for dpd and when I clicked on it it said it had been delivered but it hadn’t I even called dpd and they confirmed the tracking number never existed with them they even check using my number and there was never any parcel, I’ve emailed dc shoes five times now even asking for a refund and not once had a reply so was scammed out of £65 do not recommend to anyone

Order trainers nearly a month ago, have not received them yet. Emailed DC shoes UK plenty of times and not had a response. Contacted via instagram and no response. I want my trainers or my money back

Tracking link claimed they were delivered, they were not. Reached out to support asking for help. First response gave me the same tracking link again. Replied asking for a better response, and now four days later I’ve not had any reply.

My package is missing. Says delivered but is nowhere to be found have emailed multiple times and no response
