DC Shoes UK Avis 

DPD says my trainers have been delivered, but they haven't. No response from customer service and I think my only option will be to contact my bank. I'm inundated with emails about their sale, maybe they should work more on dealing with all of us who haven't received our orders.

3 weeks after order placed and my shoes have not yet been delivered, the only response I’ve received from DC Shoes is an automated reply and have been ignored since. At this point I’d rather have a refund and take my business elsewhere

Apparently my shoes have arrived but I haven't, I've been trying to get an answer to this and have had no response only from an AI. My money's been taken really annoyed by this service and demand my money back and compensation for my time chasing for an answer!!!

Poor customer service. Order has not been delivered yet and the tracking details they have sent are wrong and do not relate to the delivery company they suggest. They will not respond to my emails or enquiries and when I try to ring their offices are always shut. I will have to contact my bank to reclaim my money as DC Shoes will not respond. Avoid.

You have not delivered my order. You have failed to reply to my numerous messages.
Looking at your facebook page many other people are experiencing similar issues.
I have been buying from you for nearly 15 years. Never again.

Just like all the other reviews … DPD says delivered… but no shoes. No one returns your emails. I’ve had to get a refund from my credit card company.

Still have no received my order and no one seems to be helping from customer care. It’s all AI robots

Item never arrived!!! After 4 times of contacting customer service just get an automated response with the tracking!!! Shocking customer service. Still no trainers or a refund or even a response

Ordered products on 29th May, have yet to receive them and it is now 13th June.

Contacted customer support, told they could be up to 10 days, sent me tracking reference that doesn't exist.

Truly awful service, will I buy direct from DC again? Absolutely NOT.

Never received order

My order has not arrived and when I have tried to email DC’s I get an automated response telling me to be patient. The DPD app is claiming it was delivered but I was home the day they say it was delivered and I haven’t had anything. I am out of pocket and want to talk to someone real!

shoes not delivered still after 3 weeks even though dpd says they were delivered a week ago

Customer service is sending automatic replies and not reading my messages as I have not received my order, DPD courier confirmed they returned back the order to seller due to no contact details. DC customer service is sending me the tracking link advising delivered but NOT delivered. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I’ve been waiting for my parcel for over 10 days. And yet, according to the sender’s tracking information, I received it last night!!!!
A terrible experience. The money has been debited but I haven’t received the parcel!!!!

Shoes took ages to arrive however this would appear to be a shipping issue. Poor coms from DC are the reason for 3 stars. They could have let me know there was an issue and provided a time scale. They could have sent a new tracking link but didn't. When contacted support was poor

No reply when chasing up my order that states delivered on the tracking website… it’s been a week now

I order shoes here over 2 weeks ago and the only things I’ve received are the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. No communication regarding the whereabouts of my delivery; the customer service is poor. I’ve contacted them twice to figure out what the issue may be as their own website states that the take 2-3 days to ship (which it did) and then an additional 5-7 business days to deliver. I’ve been completely ignored and left in the dark. I’ve been eagerly waiting my shoes as they’re my 18th birthday gift to myself. It’s such a shame since they do have great shoes that are comfortable and good for long wear. I really hope I haven’t wasted my money.

The one pair of trainers that were delivered are lovely. Trying to find out what has happened to the other pair that were on the same order is a nightmare and despite emailing dc shoes I've had no response to the matter

Ordered, DPD tracking says delivered, not received, support unresponsive after AI initial response.

When posting goods, use a delivery company who does their job. Also respond to my support requests when logging them
