Scam! It’s been almost a week with no redemption lucky I didn’t spend much money with you low down cold hearted scammers

Complete scam. Literally same issues as other comments from people regarding redemptions. Zero customer service. Responses are word for word repeated responses and also never get back to you. Also game freezes during bonus rounds once round is complete. Connection is as solid as it can possibly be at that time. So it's definitely intentional and they screw you out of bonus round payout. Every response, gimmick, message, promo, everything about this site is done in a way to lead you in and attempt to make u believe they are not complete slot rigging crooks and say, set up the site, layout of games etc . To deceive you into trusting what they offer,say,and games are not rigged. I'm contacting one of these class action arbitration lawyers and can guarantee this site more dishonest and shady than other ones that had to pay me for being dishonest,illegal, and stealing from people under the appearance of being legal and fair but ain't. These guys 100percent gonna lose in court. Milberg and associates we got another slot rigging fake slot peddling p.o.s. you can bleed out in court with client claim after client claim until they go bankrupt or settle. Fk deal or no deal where no one wins unless it's in a court room.

Stay away from this site! I have reached out about setting responsible gaming limits and closing my account, all you get is a generic email back from "Troy". They are absolutely not following responsible gaming laws. And if you so win there is a LONG redemption wait window which of course leads you back to putting your money in.

Like another review I read on here I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and BBB. I completely understood that any gambling/gaming site is not a sure bet BUT if your consumers is reaching out to set limits or close an account and the site does nothing to honor your requests they are negligent in abiding by their policies and responsible gaming laws. I encourage others to do the same if they have the same results.

Def a scam site. Took my money and didn’t give me my redemption. Told me I had to wait 3 days then it’ll automatically be deposited. Well it wasn’t. Customer service is through email only and they respond generically. Never respond to question. Woke up today blocked apparently because of my state. No warning, no email and definitely still not my redemption

Purchased many packages. Waiting on redemption. Can’t get them to reply to email or respond to anything.

It has now been over a week and I've only gotten one response from an actual person from their support staff. And that butthole only asked how he can help. They do nothing but steal your money. I'm reporting to Better business bureau. For scamming and probably money laundering. Seeing how they don't like to pay out what people won.

I reached out to the company originally after spending some money on their website and asking them to close my account indefinitely. They do not offer the option to close on the site through the responsible gaming tab like other platforms. While waiting for them to close my account as requested I spent more. I take ownership for that. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that instead of being understanding they instead suggested a spending limit instead of closing upon request. It took them a long time to get back to me and during that time I spent way more than I ever wanted to on this site. I have one redemption which they make you wait 72hrs before they approve it, and it still hasn’t hit. Just sucks that instead of offering easier options like other sites to close the account they make you wait in hopes of playing more and when they finally respond they try to keep you playing by offering spending limits or “offers”. Definitely shady tactics

Great platform, lots of games. Only downfall is their required 72 hour wait before receiving your redemption and that the minimum amount you can redeem is $100. Other than those small things, it's a great site!

So far so good, redeems are fairly easy and take about 3 days to get approved, haven't had any issues thus far.

I placed an order for a $23 package that was supposed to give me $30 it never showed up on my account.. however I saw the money being taken from my bank. I spun the wheel won 18. But of course I lost it fast. I've reached out to customer service with several emails there's no phone number you can't chat with them... I'm pissed!

Currently waiting for redemption, I used Apple pay. They then require you to prove which card you used. So now I am not sure if I will even receive the money considering I read it will not receive the money because they aren't a "bank". Other than that they have a good choice of games. Also it has not kicked back into the account. waiting to see how this plays out/or a response for what happens.
