Pros and cons
They made it easy, worked with me once when I wasn't able to make a payment and have been there to answer my questions after my discharge. My only gripe that sometimes when you try to call you go to voice mail and leaving a message wasn't available. On the flip side they saw where I called and called back the number so I was still taken care of.

Communication could have been better to…
Communication could have been better to reach just one lawyer or representative. Majority of my case was messaged through with call center, which is not an immediate response more like 24 hour notice. I am currently done with chapter 7 and not sure how long to receive my discharge papers.

Simple and easy

Good but could be better
I appreciate the payment installment options. I would have appreciated better communication from an attorney throughout the process to help guide me on what was taking place. Additionally, communication from the accounting department was delayed at times and I had to reach other departments in order to get a response from the accounting team.

Poor service for expensive pay
The lawyer that was assigned to my case didn't show up for my court appearance. They charge too much money for poor service. I will not use them again for no legal matter.
