I have bought paint from dco for a few years and I would never dream of going elsewhere. Any project that has some challenges, I will contact Helen and she always responds and gives great advice! The service they provide is amazing and I would always advise friends and family to shop with them, I only wish I lived close to the shop!
Whatever the project or potential issue there will be a solution and advice from them! On top of that the paint is always great quality and delivered very quickly.

Two failed orders and insulted by staff—Avoid.
Simply Awful.
I am currently in the process of renovating my home and as such have bought gallons of differing paints from several retailers.
Decorating Centre Online is THE WORST.
I have placed three orders in total with them and it’s been a catalogue of errors from them with several insults thrown in my customer services when I called them.
1st Order - Fine no issues.
2nd Order - ALL THREE tins of different colours were contaminated with a black powder meaning it left marks all over the wall so had to abandon painting.
When I spoke to customer services they were quite frankly insulting and questioning my competence, insinuating that I had caused this and that I was painting the walls from the tins directly. Something that is literally impossible.
They refunded me, eventually and after much chasing up and sending of photos, and gave me store credit.
I then used the store credit to place one final order.
3rd Order - TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!
They’ve sent THE WRONG COLOUR TINT!
They sent a deep shade mixed into a 'Light Base,' which is a fundamental technical error that any professional paint supplier should know is impossible to match!
To top things off the paint was delivered on a Friday for me to use over the weekend.
The error was spotted on a Saturday and because they’re closed over the weekend I cannot resolve the issue.
Weekend painting WASTED.
Genuinely for the love of god, don’t buy from the Decorating Centre Online.
Buy from Chapel etc, I wish I had done!
UPDATE:
After speaking to the owner.
They offered a refund and advised me to shop elsewhere.

Bought the Wooster Dust Eater from Decorating centre Online and honestly… my dust is now unemployed 😄
Super fast delivery – I think it arrived before I even finished cleaning the first room. And the price? About £15 cheaper than my local shop for the exact same thing. Absolute win.
Great service, great price, and now my walls are cleaner than my life decisions. Highly recommend!

Time wasting delivery notification
Made an order yesterday after cut off time for delivery today. But paid for tracked next day delivery.
Got a notification email today about order, checked it and OneBuy said it had been delivered 2hrs ago.
Drove home because I need the parts ASAP, no parcel, called online shop and all they can say is its due tomorrow, I understand that but they couldn't give any reason for why I'd been notified of delivery by their tracking app and wasted an hour.
Will be staying with normal suppliers from now on

To clarify, your order was placed after business hours and was processed the following morning and shipped on time. According to our records, the parcel was delivered on that expected delivery day.
The communications you should have received from us is an order confirmation email and then a notification that the order is shipped. DPD provide you with updates to say they've received the order and then a following update on the day of delivery advising you of your one hour time slot.

Wouldn't buy paint anywhere else
I only ever buy paint from here and just realised I've never written a review.
I love the DCO. It seems to be one of the only shops left with an actual person who knows what they're talking about that you can ask for help! They're always quick to respond and offer sensible and reasonable advice rather than encouraging you to spend more. Really honest and friendly.
I love that they colour match Zinsser which is just the best paint in the world so you can have it in colours of other trendier brands of paint (which I've found to be poorer quality poor).
Delivery is always great and well packed and super quick.

Cant recommend DCO enough
I really couldn’t recommend DCO enough. I have been a customer for around five years and truly would never go anywhere else. I have used their paint for walls, ceilings, furniture, in a variety of finishes.
Extremely user friendly website, perfect colour matches, super quick shipping, helpful and friendly service and extremely high quality paints. My entire house is decorated in paint from DCO and I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to leave a review but after placing an order about 23 hours ago and the paint literally just arriving just now, I thought it was about time! Highly recommend.

Colour match, wipeable paint, next day delivery and good service
I really couldn’t decide what color or what finish I wanted. So I got in touch on instagram and they recommended the most hard wearing scrubbable finish that they had for my high traffic hall. And suggested I get tester pots in the shades I like which were delivered the next day. They do color match mixing which was amazing because the shades I wanted to try were all from different companies that each charged for delivery so to get every shade from one place was really easy. I chose my colour and painted now it looks fab and I’ve had to wipe quite a few marks off already and it’s worked!

This company is a breath of fresh air
This company is a breath of fresh air. Simple and easy to order, competitive pricing and the colour matching service is absolutely spot on. The paint (I used the scrubbable Matt) is really easy to use, coverage is excellent and has a very low VOC which when decorating children’s bedrooms especially it is paramount. Delivery is quick and packaging is wonderful (the boxes make for great reusable packaging).

Great customer service.
Used for the first time because B&Q and Homebase did not have the colour paints I needed. I could get the paints in 1L (the smallest B&Q and Homebase did was 2.5) and the DCO also has great customer service and really speedy dispatch/delivery.

I can’t rate these guys highly enough
I can’t rate these guys highly enough. There’s a wide choice of paints for all situations, the colour matching is excellent and the prices are good. You can order lunchtime Monday and have your paint by breakfast on Tuesday which is great when you realise you’re about to run out. Personally I wouldn’t buy paint or brushes from anyone else from now on.
