they lost two items consecutively and haven't refunded me
they lost an item and haven't refunded me, continues to avoid the question about refunding though I've emailed them persistently
lost another item again. quick responses and quick shipping doesn't make up for two items lost.

Zero responsibility for their own mistakes
I purchased two expensive ($400 each) identical items and requested that they consolidate the boxes for shipping -- DEJAPAN decided that instead of putting both items in their original boxes into a larger box, they would unbox one of them and shove both into one of the original boxes with no padding between them. The box was clearly overfilled and the flaps were distended by half an inch. The lack of padding between the two caused damage to both items. I submitted numerous photos showing the damage to DEJAPAN who, instead of taking responsibility for their own mispackaging, made me go through a six-month-long insurance claim involving two international postal agencies, ultimately resulting in no decision being made and no insurance payout.

Very good service. I had to change the adress shipped in japan 2 days before I arrive at the hotel du to some problem. They replied to me within 1 hour that it was ok and i got the package when i checked in at the hotel .
