We are sorry to read that you feel disappointed with your order. We always want our customers to be satisfied but we haven’t received any direct message from you about this to help you further.
For this particular 5KG Vintage/Second-hand Branded Pants Box (€65), we even added between 0,5 and 1 kilo to every box, making it 6KG in total so everyone has at least 10 pants, We hope this was noticed.
The term “old and dirty” can be quite relative, as the box clearly states it contains vintage/second-hand branded pants. At a price of around €6.50 per item (or even less with the bonus kilo), these boxes are designed for resellers and can offer very solid margins.
It is unfortunate to hear that you were not happy with the models you received. If you would like to make the most out of your box, our team is happy to help you price the items and give you an indication of their market value. This way you can still achieve a good profit from your purchase.

Pieces with stains are mostly deleted from the box but in the vintage market it can occasionally happen despite our checks that an stain isn’t seen. If more than 20% of the items are not as described and this can be shown, we always offer a solution such as extra items.

Snelle verzending maar niet de beste kwaliteit…
In 2 items zitten groten gaten en kan je dus niet doorverkopen, en er zitten in nog twee andere items vlekken en in nog een ander item mis een deel van een logo. Voor de rest zijn de items wel prima, maar niet echte verkoop pareltjes.

Slechte kwaliteit
Ik heb een box gekocht met kleren wat grade A zou moeten zijn met 20% kans op grade B. Bij mij was het andersom ik heb 80% grade B en 20% grade A wat een beetje jammer is natuurlijk want nu kan ik t amler verkopen verder is het prima met verzending enzo ik heb het snel ontvangen

Mijn zoon bestelde een pakket, maar dat voldeed helaas niet aan zijn verwachtingen. We hebben even moeten zoeken, navragen en mailen om te retourneren. Het mailverkeer verliep zeer vlot. We kregen op onze vragen snelle en duidelijke antwoorden. Na een paar dagen stond ook het geld (zonder verzendkosten) terug op de rekening.
