Ik ben heel erg ontevreden ik betstelde een box en die was 90 euro toen betaalde ik nog verzendkosten en toen het aankwam bleek het veel gaten en veel vlekken te hebben dus ik wou het retourneren en nu zegt die persoon dat als hun het hebben ontvangen dat ik maar 90 euro krijg maar ik heb uiteindelijk 140 euro gespendeerd aan de prijs van de box+verzendkosten+ retournekosten. Heel erg ontevreden!!

Your order was delivered on June 6. A few days later, you indicated that you wanted to return or exchange the items, but as of the day you reviewed (June 23), we have not received a return. Despite repeated requests, we also have not received any photos of the alleged damage (holes or stains), which unfortunately means we were unable to verify or assess the condition.
In addition, you mentioned during your communication with our customer service team that you were expecting a different box. You indicated that you expected men’s items from Tommy and Ralph Lauren, while the description clearly states that the box contains women’s clothing from the brands Lauren by Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. This confusion appears to have resulted from a misinterpretation of the product information.
Our return policy states that shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is demonstrable damage or a mistake on our part. If a return meets the conditions, you will of course be refunded the purchase amount of the product.
Although the statutory return period has now passed, we have still offered you the opportunity to return the items as a gesture of goodwill and in the hope of improving your experience. You even mentioned today (24 June) that you would consider ordering from us again in the future, something we truly appreciate and take as a positive sign, although it does seem somewhat at odds with the tone of your public review.

De verzending gaat snel en zorgvuldig. De box zag er netjes uit, net als de kleding. Ook is de service erg goed en word je op een klantvriendelijke manier geholpen.
Als je wilt beginnen met resellen of al bezig bent en een nieuwe leverancier voor je kleding zoek. Zou ik demin depot dus erg aanraden!
