I genuinely cannot remember the last time a company managed to frustrate me this much. What makes this even worse is the fact that it started off so promising. I spent ages researching necklaces for my friend’s birthday, scrolling through countless websites trying to find something that actually looked special instead of cheap, mass-produced rubbish. Then I came across Dephini.

The necklace on their website looked absolutely stunning. Honestly, it was one of those rare moments where everything just clicked instantly. The design was perfect, the price was surprisingly reasonable, and the whole presentation of the product looked premium and professional. There was genuinely zero hesitation from me. I bought it almost immediately because it looked exactly like the kind of meaningful gift I wanted to give.

On top of that, the fact they offered ClearPay and instalment payment options made the purchase even easier and more appealing. Everything about the buying experience screamed trustworthy, modern, and customer-friendly.

Then reality hit.

I placed my order on the 15th of May 2026 and received the standard “thank you for your purchase” email at 9:25 p.m. Since then? Absolute silence. Complete radio silence. It is now the 20th of May at 11:45 p.m. and I have sent two separate emails asking for a dispatch update. Neither has received a response. Not even an automated acknowledgement. Nothing.

I also called the phone number listed on their Trustpilot page. Straight to voicemail. Left a message. No response there either.

At this point, I honestly have no idea whether this necklace even exists outside of their website photos. There has been absolutely no communication whatsoever from the company, and I’m now seriously considering contacting ClearPay to cancel and refund the payment because I have lost confidence entirely.

The worst part is that this was meant to be a birthday gift for my friend. Time actually matters here. If this item turns up late, the entire purpose of ordering it is ruined.

And yes, I absolutely regret not checking their Trustpilot reviews beforehand. Had I done that first, I never would have placed the order in the first place.

Beautiful jewellery means absolutely nothing when the customer service is this catastrophically bad.

AVOID! DO NOT BUY FROM DEPHIN! This is not the first time I have ordered from Dephini and they have taken my money and just not sent me my order! They have just ripped me off. It’s disgusting! Don’t buy from Dephini! They treat you like dirt and just rob you!

I have not received this item! I have not received these two items either! What is happening? If the items were cancelled why have I not received a refund? You owe me £90!!! I have emailed, raised this problem on you website and you have just ripped me off!
