The parcel containing the necklace arrived, but it was a miracle it wasn't stolen. The cardboard container was completely open at one end! The contents were fine, thankfully. It was strange as I had thought about ordering the ear rings to match but had decided not to.

Extremely happy with the product and service provided by Delphini. Easy to navigate website and product was exactly as described, my fiancée loved the ring.
Tracking updates were slow, but this was the courier and not them.
