Our cane furniture is made using the finest Grade A rattan, sourced from Indonesia and then assembled by us in the UK. You can be sure to find a mix of modern conservatory furniture as well as more traditional wicker furniture. From wicker chairs, rattan mirrors, sideboards and console tables, we supply furniture designed to be used in any room of the house. We visited the factory showroom outside Manchester before ordering. The team made us very welcome and their advice and support was fantastic. We ordered a large sofa and chair for our conservatory and some modern lounge seats for children’s bedrooms. Great choice of modern matrices available. A few hiccups on delivery but it only took about a week. Really good quality furniture. I would highly recommend buying direct and speaking with the team.

Pleased with child's white rattan…amazing deal

It’s in our refund policy listed on our website, as stated we will fight this case.
The other option is if you buy a box from us, cost and delivery will be £22.50 of a coffee table box. Box dims are 100*70*60cm.

The original story is :
They DPD me a chair full of rusty staples .
Then they try to bully me to accept this
Rusty nailed chair with 50% refund .
Or otherwise they say : I must find a new DPD huge 1.5 meter box to wrap it up again as they refuse to let their truck man to come to pick it up .
Desser then email : no box . No refund !
I have pictures of those rusty chairs—- happy to upload .—- please see my profile photo . Those total black and brown rust .
Clearly aged and weathered and full of tetanus risk .
Yet they re-sell to me as brand new .

Hi Mrs An,
As we explained over email, we are truly sorry you are of this opinion, but with the furniture being handmade, with natural products, the furniture goes through a very rigorous process once the raw material has been cropped from the jungle (in Indonesia), which is then all made by hand to produce furniture pieces.
As a natural handmade product, imperfections and blemishes will occur, which is all part of its natural beauty.
I appreciate the stapling is possibly causing you concerns, but the manufacturing process for the furniture needs to have a starting and finishing point, hence the reason there will be staples exposed to fix the rattan in place. These are located on the side and underneath of the rattan frame, which are not visual once the frame is assembled and the cushion is placed on the base.
We are more than happy to collect the chair, and refund you once you goods are returned, but as you can appreciate, the chair itself needs to be packaged and returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered. Otherwise the carriers won’t collect the goods. We also need to ensure the chair comes back to us in a perfect condition.
Unfortunately, and this applies to all carriers, the carriers won’t collect the goods unless they are packaged correctly. You should have the box we sent you the chair in.
We will then of course refund you the refundable amount, once the goods have been returned to us in perfect condition.

Highly Recommend
Ordering was easy and the furniture arrived quicker than expected. We were kept up to date with delivery and it was easy to rearrange delivery to a more convenient day. The delivery people were very professional, unwrapped the furniture which was very well protected and took all the packaging away. Couldn't have wished for a better service. On top of that the furniture is beautiful
