Looks amazing, made my conservatory suite look new for a fraction of the price of buying a new one, quality product!

On our fifteen month old Desser TURIN suite, the seat web covering began to show a red/brown staining around the edges. It appeared to come from the frame woodwork underneath. Had we not fitted some anti slip material on top of the covering, the cushions would have become stained. Photographs and details were forwarded to one of the company directors, his response-- we can sell you replacement framework for each chair! stating the suite is out of warranty! We invited them to visit us on two occasions to see the damage but they did not take us up on this offer.
Complete lack of interest to what could be an ongoing factory process problem.

The goods arrived assembled and very well packed. The delivery personnel were polite, helpful and efficient.
The goods appear to be of good build quality and sustained no damage in transit. I bought my goods through Tesco who honoured the price I bought it for despite there being an interim price increase

Just had our corner Clifton cane sofa delivered, the cane was dirty on two sections and despite reaching out to the company for advice, nothing.
Useless, shop elsewhere , not worth the high prices charged.

We ordered furniture for the conservatory in our new house with a forward delivery date. The furniture is excellent but the delivery company failed to contact us until 0604 on the morning of the delivery with a delivery (was promised for the night before) slot of 0755 - 0955 that morning. As we hadn't moved in at that point, this meant we had to rush but were at the property at 0800.

Unfortunately the promised call 1 hour delivery was not made and we had a call from the driver having arrived 30 minutes before the delivery slot, i.e. 0725, asking where we were. When we said we would be there in 30 minutes the driver was totally unwilling to stay until the delivery slot and all he could do was dump the furniture outside. We were left with the packaging to dispose off!

We would have given 5 stars if the delivery was done professionally as the furniture is excellent.

Excellent set of chairs, footstool and coffee table. Very good quality. Comfortable. I was wary about ordering without seeing them, but really happy. Delivery as arranged.
We had to wait a while to get the material we wanted, but were happy to do so.
Can’t fault them.
However the amount of packaging took two trips to the tip to dispose of!

Viewing and choosing online is often a lottery, but having seen your product on Amazon, I decided to look at your company website in hopes that there would be a wider range. I think there was, but I have been comparing sites for months, as I do for major purchases. I chose a range I thought looked substantial, but smaller to fit a small house and was not disappointed to find an attractive suite, Madrid in Mulberry. I could have hoped the rattan would have been a slightly darker shade, but I have no valid cause for complaint, and the suite has received admiration from friends. It looks as if it will wear well and is well made. The cushions are well put together and are also well made.

I have had 2 Oslo conservatory chairs for 4 years and the cushion covers badly need cleaning. Chairs and cushion pads are in perfect condition, despite constant use, so I was going to make covers. However, I found Desser do replacement covers. I ordered 2 sets - and they were delivered in 3 days. The fabric is lovely and the clever use of internal zips made changing the back covers easy. I used the old trick of plastic film to change the seat cover. Beautiful. I had a query which David answered on the phone in a friendly, helpful manner. Overall, I am so pleased and highly recommend Desser &Co.

This sofa is sooo soft and amazing to lie in. It transforms effortlessly into a hammock-style daybed, so easy. I love this sofa so much.

Decent stuff

A quality product delivered as expected. There was a slight problem with a fixture that was sorted straightaway.
