They have always delivered exactly when they say they will and everyone has always been thrilled with the gift that I have ordered and sent to them

I received a Devon Heaven cream tea hamper from my so and daughter in law for my birthday. It was a lovely surprise and absolutely delicious. Good blend tea, top class jam and cream and scones. Well packaged and smooth delivery. Scrumptious! We liked it so much we sent one to my husbands Mom & Dad to celebrate their wedding anniversary. They were delighted and loved all the delicious treats. Highly recommend.

the food was in excellent condition and the parcel arrived onthe date I had asked to help celebrate our honeymoon in Devon 70 years ago.

The cream tea was a preent and the reciprents thoughts it was excellent and very good quality

Good value purchase and like the choice of pasties and scones together for a proper taste of Devon!! Easy to order and no problems with delivery. My son was delighted and said they were very good pasties and scones and he should know, he’s a top chef!!

Aside from a great product, reasonably priced, and perfect delivery, the customer service was exemplary. After an error on my part with the delivery address, they quickly and simply corrected it for me to ensure my gift arrived with the right person. Great communications.

I wanted to send a little bit of Devon to friends who had to cancel their Devon holiday due to illness. They were delighted with the Devon Cream Tea, which was well presented and very good quality. Hopefully, I will be able to welcome them to Devon next year.

Online ordering easy and clear. Order arrived with friend on day and she really enjoyed it.

This is a wonderful way of showing people that you care. My niece, who lives too far away to visit, had been very unwell and in hospital. The Devon cream tea hamper was just what she needed when she went home to recuperate. Communication with this company is top notch as you are told the HOUR in which the hamper will be delivered. We cannot llll go to Devon to get a real cream so how lovely to be able to have one delivered with your own message. Thank you! ❤️

Great service & communication & a fantastically tasty Cream Tea to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary & remind us of one of our favourite places!

Prompt delivery as promised and my friend was very happy with her treat.

Marvellous......I have sent more Devon hampers than I can remember. Customer service impeccable. Updated throughout the order. Delivery when stated and with care. Last order went to a family member in the Lake District. Lives in the middle of nowhere with no man made roads.....still found him. They loved it. 😊 THANKS AGAIN

First time I've bought from this local business and it was a good experience. I ordered two cream teas to send to relatives in Lincolnshire and they loved the gifts. Great products. One delivery was delayed slightly as the van broke down but the delivery man delivered it on foot as he knew it was produce and needed to get there that day.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake with the delivery address. I sent an email and the problem was solved in minutes. The package was a thank you gift. My friends were over the moon with the freshness, the presentation, range of items and of course the taste. Very good quality.

Great fresh hampers we use to supply our holiday let .All the quests report how nice they are if there happy we are happy !🙂
