DBB is the best
DBB is the best. They have now made it even easier to mail back supplies by taking a QR code to USPS, have them scan it and create a label. All I had to do was box the supplies up and tape it up. USPS did the rest. No more trying to print out the label and attaching it to the box. The payment came the next day if you use Zelle

This place will steal your stuff...they did mine. I sent in a factory sealed and in the factory box. And they want to come back and say it was used and wrong monitor. Thanks for your feedback and details Chris. We're completely at a loss about your review and accusations of being scammed. After researching your quote, you sent us a Dexcom receiver IN AN ENVELOPE, which we recommend NEVER doing all over our website, in our chatbot, and in our emails to avoid damage, and what we received was a Dexcom receiver with a broken seal (plus the receiver was beeping and still on - so it was obviously opened to turn it on!). We sent you the video of us opening your envelope, taking the receiver out, and then opening the receiver box without touching anything on the box itself and taking a photo for your adjustment. That's how we received it. We are just as disappointed as you are as we lose money if we can't buy your supplies and we already paid for you to ship it to us. We alert our sellers everywhere to double check your supplies before sending and if you want peace of mind, to take photos of them. The only thing we experienced in communicating with you was yelling, cursing and claiming we are scammers. Not sure what happened on your end or for all the anger, cursing and yelling, but the bottom line is we don't buy broken seal or damaged supplies as we clearly note on the website. Being clear about this on our website, we are doing exactly what we say to all our sellers, and sent you the video of us opening your shipment - complete transparency. If you ever sell your supplies again, we recommend never using a tyvek envelope that provides NO protection during transit and take a photo for your peace of mind. We wish you all the best. UPDATE: We reached out to Chris again, offered to return the damaged receiver to him, all we asked for was a pre paid label since we already paid for Chris to ship it to us (and lost money on this transaction). After an extended conversation, he agreed and said that if he received it back, he would be happy. However, he said 'so you can send me someone else's product back to me?', indicating he believed the damaged box was not actually his. The video link above, which HE HAS ALREADY SEEN, shows us opening the tyvek envelope he shipped it in, with his name and address on the label, and pulling it out in exactly the same condition we reported it was in.
We never received the pre paid label from Chris so we can ship it back, but Chris left another 1 star review on another platform saying we asked him to stop with the reviews and that we were a scam. Not sure what else we could do, but obviously we have gone above and beyond to accommodate the return of his damaged box and explain that we don't purchase damaged supplies and we proved the box was actually his. We know we can't satisfy everyone all the time and wish Chris all the best.

Samuel (not Nina) submitted a large quote for Dexcom G7 sensors on Feb 16 at 4:57am PST, President's Day, a federal holiday and USPS was closed. He called us that day to confirm his quote, which we did even though we would normally be closed on a federal holiday.
That same day, the market for the 10 day G7 sensors collapsed and we had to adjust the price since his submission was a large quantity (153 boxes). He argued with us for some time, threatened to retain an attorney, and said he already sent his supplies, but it was President's Day so USPS locations were closed and there would be no way he could have sent such a large shipment on a national holiday. We asked him not to send the supplies if he was not satisfied, discussed this with him at length and let him know that we could offer a lower price or he didn't have to send them. We gave him a choice so if he wanted to sell them elsewhere, he could. He chose to accept our offer and tracking shows USPS in possession of his box around 11am Feb 17, the next day.
We did not change the price once the supplies arrived, we agreed to a price on Feb 16, the day he submitted his quote and called us.
This is a business transaction and we have the right to limit or refuse any quote submitted according to our terms of service and he agreed to those terms upon submission. No one can force anyone to buy a large quantity of supplies because they "submitted a quote". The diabetic supply business is a supply and demand business and prices can change quickly. If it was a few sensors, we would have honored the quote like we always do and have. But for 153 boxes, a special circumstance, we had to adjust the pricing to match the market price. Every other company in this industry changed pricing on that day as well, and many of them stopped buying them outright, so we believe it was a fair offer. He didn't lose anything (and he agreed to the price and sent them the day after he said he already sent them - he had the choice to not send them).
No other company would buy them for more and most would not buy them at all, so we believe that it was fair to us both. And to this day, he would still not be able to sell that quantity of boxes for more as the price has stayed the same or decreased, so it was just bad timing for when he wanted to sell them. We're sorry he was not satisfied and wish him all the best.
