Good company to do business with pay on time and first

Sold some supplues, their office was closed for a week I was aware when I shipped my items. They worked hard to get the items processed and paid quickly once they were back in the office. They were fast to respond to questions and transparent. Super simple efficient process, great experience great prices! I will be doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys!

I was in a crisis sent things in then was alarm to fine out something happen and funds was on hold til around the 17th but, surprisingly they hit my acct on time and I was able to breath THANK YOU DBB YOU’RE BEST!!!

It's really a simple process. Get a quote. Ship it and wait for them to receive and process. Receive payment the next business day.

Don’t use them. They ripped out of 270 dollars. I’ll use other companies from now on. They lied and said they couldn’t read the manufacturer date. Never ever again.

First I see why you guys have a 2.4 star rating. Your customer service was very bad. I had to call you guys to find out what was going on with my claim. Nobody called me and it was a week later. And then when I did call, they told me they wouldn't accept it after accepting it. And the reasoning, why is because, on the back of my sensor it said kit.
It was part of a kit. This is what they were saying, which is which was not true. It didn't come in a kit if they were talking about the directions. That's different. It was not part of a kit. The customer service representative that worked with me had a very bad attitude. Not trying to help me, just wanted to go word-for-word with me.
In several emails, and I have those emails.
All I expected them to do was honor what they said they accepted it. They were supposed to pay it. They never called me. She as always, people say, oh, we were just getting ready to call you. So I'm giving them a big thumbs down

I was warned by several others not to do business with this company, but after reading all their positive reviews on their website, I decided to try them anyway because their prices were higher than competitors. Big mistake.
The first two transactions went smoothly. Starting with the third, it was one problem after another: multiple “missing” items that I had verified before shipping several times, “damaged” products that left my possession in perfect condition, and a cancelled order for several items I packed in the same box as an accepted order—with clear labeling, invoices, and messages sent indicating their were 2 orders in the box as wel as several contacts to notify them.
Three out of six orders were heavily discounted for damage that occurred after shipping (or was exaggerated beyond reason), one order was cancelled entirely, and I lost $334 with no return of my products. Their “reviews” on their website are a joke—there’s no way to leave one. I had a conversation with the sites bot just now - it took 30 lines of 1 sided dialogue from the bot, multiple paragraphs citing irrelavent information, before I could even ask my question "I'm an existing customer and would like to leave a review here, how can I do that?" then I had to answer 5 personal information queries despite the fact I was logged into my account that had all the info right there, just to get this reply "Thanks, we'll be in touch to answer your question asap! Maybe sooner 😊"
It’s obvious they cherry-pick only positive feedback if any of the all 5 star reviews are even genuine at all.
DO NOT sell your supplies to this company. They can afford to pay more upfront because they make it back by shorting returning customers on every subsequent order.

Diabetic Buy Back- They're scam artist. They start off without any hassle but after 3-4 transactions they would claim damaged item resulting in reduced payment which is more than the half of the total value.
They would also change your product and even if you request to send back the items and offer to pay the shipping to send your items back, not only you pay the return shipping but also pay for the labels they sent you and you loose your projuct basically give them item free of cost.
They're rip-offs.

They exchanged my factory sealed boxes and replaced with their damaged items and also charged me 50$ for return shipping.

I had a frustrating experience shipping to Diabetic Buy Back. The process started off okay, but things quickly went downhill. My package ended up getting lost, and I was shocked to learn that the prepaid shipping label they provided didn’t include any insurance. This important detail was never communicated to me upfront, so I had no idea I needed to purchase additional insurance to protect my shipment. As a result, I was left with no recourse and no compensation for my lost items. I expected better transparency and customer support, especially when dealing with something as sensitive and valuable as diabetic supplies

Total scam.
I sent in 5 g7 in mint condition and 4 with minor dings. They send me picture of most of the boxes tore up and beaten. I sent it in bubble wrap and always super careful and honest with them. They cheated me out of 150 and I believe with all my heart they damaged the boxes themselves.
Do not use this company.

I just completed my first transaction with this company and I can’t say enough great things about it! From super-fast response to my questions to super-fast payment, everything was A+ 100% PERFECT! I look forward to working with them again!
