Don’t ever use this company and don’t ever deal with a woman called Rose Jones. They’re incompetent liars. We have been flying to Australia to see family since 2019 and have used several 3rd party booking sites before but this has been the worst experience we have had ever had. We were promised call backs, we never got them! Their systems are always down, their employees don’t know how to use their systems either. We were promised calls from their manager “Renz” or some made up name like that but never got a call back. Rose Jones talks to you like a piece of dirt! I have never dealt with a more rude customer service person in my life. I don’t know how she has a job. Since booking our flights I have seen negative feedback on social media about her too so it looks like that’s her way of dealing with people

I booked a flight and it was really confusing experience and cancelled the flight which they said they would refund but there has been no contact for 6 months now. None of the texts i sent on Whatsapp has been replied which is the only way to contact them apparently. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Such a waste of money and time.

My whole experience with this company was fantastic - i flew from heathrow to Australia on various tranfers and all went smoothly throughout my journey despite time differences along the way... i was on contact with Rose who was my customer service adviser and could not fault her professionalism. . I would not hesitate to use this company again - highly recommend ***** happy customer 🙂

"WARNING: Unlicensed Operator Running Unauthorized Charging Scheme. This website is an alias front for FLIGHTS & HOLIDAYS UK LTD (Company 09162028). They executed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a flight. KLM explicitly checked their system and confirmed that no booking or reservation records ever existed in my name. The agency then attempted to withhold a £500 cancellation fee for a completely fake ghost ticket. My bank investigated the non-performance and legally forced a full refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. They have been officially reported to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, the UK Insolvency Service, and Google Safety. Avoid at all costs."

This company is terrible. They were recommended by someone. British Airways confirmed 100% refund because of the war Abroad. This company insist on keeping the deposit of £390 which is a lot of money. They say it’s because there was a contract. I had a contract with British Airways and they confirmed 100% refund so I can this company not profit from the war?

Very poor communication from the team. Asked me to do bank transfer rather than use a verified payment link.

Worst ever travel agent will book and then make up reasons to charge extra then will not answer your calls avoid this Indian call centre

Wonderful service from a truly exceptional staff Rose Jones. She was very patient going through all different options to fulfil my requirements which were very specific. Fully understood my itinerary. Was always available to communicate by call text . Gave her list of hotels I wanted happy to check them
to see if they had availability and could fit in with my requirements. Was so so helpful provided clear precise practical information , was not pushy or just trying to sale. Left the decision up to me gave me time to decide . She was truly amazing . I have been communicating with her for about 1 week trying to book this . I booked and ended up with just what I wanted. She is a great asset to the team. Keep up the good work Rose Jones

Well i really need a give a big thumbs up and honestly recommend this agency for your upcoming travel needs..but in a very special way the agent who dealt with me through the entire process fedora morgen..she was there from day one ,patient, resourceful,helpful throughout the entire process for me which almost took a week due to certain inconvenience which we had to work through..but she was there, evrytime I text or call, or had a question or doubt ..hats off to her and thanks very much

Awful company please don't use them.
They took my deposit of £1000 and was told to change just the date if I want to reschedule my travel for another date to not to loose my deposit. Today I have tried to arrange the travel for a different date, and Raymond a very rude person said if i want to change the company will charge me an extra £2000 and told me to make a deposit of another £1000 payment today to keep this booking if not I will loose my previous deposit. He hung up the phone on me. Raymond you are a bad man may you got punish for lying to me and my family from day one.
PLEASE THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I called to enquire about a flight I saw online and I spoke to a lady called fedora.
She was very good.
She’s very patient and knows what she was talking about.
Even when I want to say goodbye bye she keeps on giving me different options and I end up buying the flight to Sierra Leone.
I will always come back to her when I want a flight and also introduce her to my friends and family.
Please say thank you to her for me and I give her 5 stars for her professionalism and patience and knows what she was talking about.

From the very start of the planning for my birthday surprise for my wife, a trip to Canada and the part she has always wanted to go, I dealt with Jake Matthews. To say he was excellent would be an under-statement.
Nothing asked of him was any problem. He advised in a friendly, careful, courteous and professional manner.
I was suitably impressed. he went out of his way to give assistance and I feel confident that the holiday is going to be a success.

This company are not affiliated with ABTA as indicated on website/ email correspondence. DO NOT USE!!! They also trade under Travel Junction. Still waiting a year for refund of non existing flights.

Raymond Brown went beyond what he could have dine to find a flight for me.
I have made 5 previous bookings in an attempt to go to see my son and his family this Christmas and each one was cancelled due to overbooking.
I was really struggling to secure a flight and he found one that met my requirements.

What an impressive service I have received from the lovely Jennifer, who took care of everything and made sure we got a very competitive price for our one way fights.
